Well what happened was a miscommunication on what was written into my warranty and if I was covered for repairs so I could pass MD inspection. We went to this dealership due to their partnership with our local credit union and having several cars on the lot that we were interested in. We had been at two other dealers prior to this to compare costs, etc. and we found Fairfax Motors to be the most friendly and easy-going, with prices starting a little less than the others. We purchased a vehicle and were very pleased with the price. I didn't give 5 stars on price, only because I'm sure a better negotiator probably could have saved a little more, but we were very happy with the final outcome. We also had limited interaction with Jimmy Diani and a manager (sorry, forget his name), and both were very professional, courteous, and friendly. We would recommend Fairfax Motors to our friends, and I would encourage anyone to take the time to stop to compare them against other competitors in the area. More
