I had some lingering questions about the vehicle's history so Ty reached out to the prior owner to get answers. He promptly responded and we settled on a fair price. Since I live in Columbia, I asked if he could help expedite the paperwork so things would be ready when we got there. I provided what he needed and upon our arrival, the vehicle was cleaned up nicely and sitting by the door. While we test drove the Buick, he had our trade-in appraised. By the time we got back he had prepared an offer which was within our price range and a little lower than I had expected. There was no haggling over the price and my wife and I felt no pressure to make a decision. It was also a pleasure dealing with the finance manager, Dane. He thoroughly explained everything we needed to sign while being very friendly and polite. This was the best car buying experience either I or my wife have had. More
