From our first communication, he made sure that he would do everything to put me in the vehicle that I wanted without being pushy or unrealistic about my demands. In all honesty, it was almost as if he dig all the leg work for me. We were able to find a vehicle, negotiate a reasonable price, work out details such as color and amenities without me even setting foot on the lot. AMAZING This was my first "official" car buying experience - financing. I have always purchased my vehicles with a completely cash transaction i.e. auction, This was my first "official" car buying experience - financing. I have always purchased my vehicles with a completely cash transaction i.e. auction, a friend or family member, no finance option dealership, etc. But I decided the next vehicle I purchased would either be certified pre-owned or new. I used online via the USAA website and found a very nice Chevy Malibu and sent in the request for it. Immediately I received an email response from Ty and later that day I received a text as well. After a few more texts, we set up a meeting. I was super nervous...so nervous in fact I brought my parents along and I am a 32 year old veteran! However, when I met Ty, I was immediately put at ease. He is an exceptionally friendly person with a genuine love for what he does. I was greeted with a smile and a firm handshake. He explained the vehicle I originally requested had a lot of miles and suggested a Chevy Cruz with low mileage. Boy am I glad he had the foresight to do that because I LOVE my Cruz! After testing driving it, I drove my "new" pre-owned Cruz off the lot! My parents were very impressed not only with Ty (who is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING) but also with Fairey. It didn't seem as if we were buying a car - no hassle, no haggling, no sneakiness. It was by far the most pleasant purchase I have ever made. I know it sounds cliche but I promise it's almost like visiting family. This the only dealership I would EVER recommend. And Ty is awesome! Mr. Merritt emailed me to provide me with a few a the vehicles they had on the lot that could possibly be what I was looking for, and that if I was interested or needed more information to contact him and he would be happy to assist. I called him and asked if he'd be available for me to come by and look at the showroom; which he gladly agreed to. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an extremely helpful and friendly staff who were all very kind. I also, met Joseph Fairey who assisted me as well, and I thank immensely for his efforts! Ty and Joseph worked together to ensure that I found the vehicle I dreamed of, in the color that I wanted; most importantly they really listened to and worked with me to ensure we stayed within the price range I requested when I entered the dealership; which included finding me all of the incentives available.
