Great Dealership I first inquired about a Certified Cadillac SRX on their lot. Unfortunately it had just been sold. I visited them and Ty told me they could purchase a car for me at auction. They searched for over 2 months to find one that I bought. They asked for some basic information to be sent by e-mail so my time at the dealership would be minimized. From walk in to walk out was about 45 minutes to purchase a 2016 SRX with under 15K miles. I drove 90 miles today to pick up my Cadillac and will drive it again for my next car. More

I was given honest, upfront information and they went beyond expectation to make sure I had a good car buying experience. I was shopping the entire southeast for a used vehicle, and tried the listing I found from Fairey Chevrolet because it was less than an hour drive from where I live. Ty setup a test drive on a Saturday morning, gave me a detailed vehicle history (including the fact that CarFax listed an accident), and a best price offer right up front. Since I wanted to take it to my mechanic, Ty offered an extended test drive so I could take it home til Monday. My mechanic found a few items needing repair, and Ty immediately told me they would make the vehicle right. They put it in the dealer's service center and told me it would be ready by Friday. I got a call Friday that they finished but found another repair item when they drove it, so parts were ordered. After that repair, they drove one more time and decided a worn mount needed to be replaced. When I came to do a final test drive and sign paperwork (I still hadn't officially bought the car) I asked for the service records. I was suspicious of being asked to pay for extra repairs, but was pleasantly surprised when the invoice for over $1400 showed $0 balance. There was no attempt to renegotiate, just signing off on the original price (which was already very competitive). I am going to call Fairey first the next time I'm looking to buy a car. More
