Outstanding service Had called Chevrolet Customer Service to complain about a military rebate, the lady said she would find a dealer in the area that would work with me.T Had called Chevrolet Customer Service to complain about a military rebate, the lady said she would find a dealer in the area that would work with me.The next day (2-9-17) I received a call from Ty Merritt, he asked how can I help you? I told him my problem and he explained how the rebate worked and didn't. He asked what was I looking for and at what price two hours later he called back with a truck and price. Today (2-10-17) we closed the deal, I got the truck I wanted at the price I told him. Since 1986 I've purchased 12 new vehicles but this has been the most hassle free experience I've ever had.
