Me and my mom had already looked at a few cars and she knew what she wanted. I was looking to make a deal via email and then go in and pick up a car. Fairey worked with me on this. With in a few emails and phone calls we had a firm price. That price was what we paid with no add-ons or other charges. Fairey was easy to deal with and treated me great. More

Worth the drive! I made the 1.5 hr trip to Fairey after seeing the truck I had been looking for online. Ty Merritt was very quick to respond and answer questions and as soon as I pulled on to the lot the truck was right there and he had keys in hand ready to go on a test drive. My trade-in value was much better than other dealers had quoted and the price on new (used) truck was lower than any I had found for same exact vehicle. 2 hrs in the door and out, and this includes all the time it took me to clean out my old truck! They are very efficient with the buying process and know that ppl don't like sitting around for hours! No haggle, easiest car buying experience I've ever had! More
Went in for a simple repair estimate can't drive the car out Worst service experience EVER!! Our trouble with this dealership started a couple months back when we took our 2010 Equinox there to have a bumper rep Worst service experience EVER!! Our trouble with this dealership started a couple months back when we took our 2010 Equinox there to have a bumper repaired. The bumper needed to be replaced but this simple task took 1 month to complete!! My wife spoke to them several times and was told each time by the service staff that the vehicle would either be ready later that day or the following day. 1 month to fix a bumper is unacceptable. If the vehicle had been hit by a truck and there was major damage, it would be understandable to a degree, but that was not the case here. Unfortunately for us, we had to take that very same Equinox back there 3 weeks ago (on an unrelated issue) to have a repair estimate done. It took 3 WEEKS to do a simple repair estimate! I went in there 1 week after we dropped it off to find out what the estimate would be and was told by their service department staff that someone would call me back to give me that estimate. They have my cell number, as well as my wife's cell number, so there is no excuse there. As you can guess by now, that never happened. My wife called and was told the same thing. Rinse and repeat this for week 2 although this time I was told the service manager would call me. Finally on the third week, we got an answer only to discover that Fairey Chevrolet had made the situation even worse. How might you ask? Simple, my son and I drove that vehicle into the dealership (notice the word DROVE as the car had 15 gallons of gas in the tank when it went into them), damaged as it was, but with gas in the tank and under it's own power. Somehow, in the ensuing 3 weeks, Fairey Chevrolet managed to lose the 15 gallons of gas in the tank while it sat on their lot! Did the service staff seem in the slightest bit concerned that they were returning to me a vehicle that was now without gas? NO!! Their excellent, 5 star customer service response, "Don't know what to tell you. It won't start as it has no gas." Really? Would you mind explaining to me how it got from the front of your service area, into the garage, and ultimately into your lot, traveling maybe 500 feet total, and burn through 15 gals of gas? Again, I was given that awesome 5 star answer above. They didn't even BOTHER to offer to put at least 1 gallon of gas in the tank to get us to a gas station!! Oh, and to sweeten the deal for them, they charged me $92.50 for a diagnostic fee BEFORE they told me I couldn't drive the car off the lot! This experience has made it clear to me, that if I want good service, go anywhere else but this place. I will be sure to let anyone around me know to avoid doing ANY kind of business with this place, especially if it involves getting your car serviced there and having it stored there for any length of time! More

When I arrived the had it waiting for me at the front door. After taking it for a test drive I knew I wanted it it. By the time I cleaned out my personal belongings from my vehicle I was trading in, the paperwork was ready for me to sign. 30 minutes later I was walking out the door with keys to my brand new Silverado, for a price less than advertised on the Internet!! I will take the hour long drive from Charleston without hesitation to come see the folks at Fairey Chevrolet. More

Not Very Happy I purchased a used car for my daughter to drive back and forth to school. I was not told before I got there that the console cover was missing or tha I purchased a used car for my daughter to drive back and forth to school. I was not told before I got there that the console cover was missing or that there was only one key. The keys cost 300.00 (Ty told me 150.00). I purchased the car as the price was pretty good. Two days later the tire light comes on. I fill the tire and two days later the light comes on again. The tire obviously has a slow leak. I feel that they had to know this when they sold us the car. I am very disappointed as they knew my concerns about my daughter driving alone and being stranded on the road. I have had to get the tire fixed, paid for the console cover and 300.00 for a spare key. I cannot recommend this dealer. More
