Great Dealership, Great Buying Experience As a senior, I have purchased many vehicles from many dealers over the years. My experience with Fairey Chevrolet was the best I ever recall. Interested in a new truck, I looked at their website and then contacted Ty. Told him what I wanted and he quickly volunteered to try to find what I was looking for He called back within hours and told me about a couple of trucks. He gave me a price on the one I liked which I felt was reasonable. I told him about my trade and he gave me a range that, again, was reasonable. I went to pick up the truck and we easily reached an agreement on the value of the trade. At the closing table, things went very smoothly. None of the high pressure to buy add-ons such as "paint protection, nitrogen in tires, overpriced pin stripes, etc.". Just a simple-here are the figures and here is the bottom line --- exactly what Ty had quoted me earlier with no hassle. Every Fairey person I encountered was polite and completely honest from the first contact through the entire transaction. The truck was ready when I arrived and Ty was waiting to greet me. Made me feel like a long time customer even though it was my first vehicle purchased from them -- certainly not my last, though. I highly recommend this dealership. They are an honest, caring group that certainly makes one feel like the business is appreciated. I highly recommend doing business with these people and it is certainly worth the drive (about 50 miles for me) to be treated honestly and fairly without pressure. More

Ty told me to think about it (no pressure) I called back the next day and told him it was not the vehicle for me and did he have an Equinox, in my price range. He said he had two and could get others for me. The next week I went to check it out. He had the perfect car for me. On my trade in he gave me high end of the appraisal.
