They take time to time to listen to my concerns and questions and explain the service very well. I have had 3 full size Fords serviced here, two were new (2010, 2013) and have never had a problem. Also bought two pre-owned cars here and was fully satisfied. They always wash my car after service, greatly appreciated! I can recommend them with out hesitation. More

Outstanding F-250 Super Duty Service Fair Oaks Ford is a great dealership. Wayne and Carlos make the visit a totally positive experience. Wayne, like me, tows with trucks and takes care of all details. Carlos is friendly gets me in and out with no issue and always looks over the web for Ford discounts that can apply. In addition to scheduled maintenance, Carlos matched the best deal I could find in the Chicago area for new Michelin tires thru Ford. This dealership is my single point of contact for quality work on my F-250 Super Duty Truck. More

In late out early! Dave is my guy there. He checked me in for my "Works" Oil change service and gave me an hour & a half time to wait, when I drove in at around 11am. Dave is my guy there. Service you can trust! Fair Oaks ford has helped shape my thinking about Ford the brand. In the past I thought Ford vehicles were inferior to foreign vehicles by far. I had Fair Oaks ford has helped shape my thinking about Ford the brand. In the past I thought Ford vehicles were inferior to foreign vehicles by far. I had the opportunity to drive a 2004 Ford Escape for work and always took the vehicle to Fair Oaks ford for service. This provided me an opportunity to experience the level of service Fair Oaks provided, and I have never looked back since. Through work I have now driven the 2006, 2008, 2010, 2013 and now the 2015 Escape and have been impressed by the vehicles and the level of care that Fair Oaks has provided to me. So much so that I purchased my company 2004 Escape for my sister years ago, purchased a new 2008 Escape for my wife (Thanks Serafin Castelan!) which my daughter drives and recently purchased my company 2013 Escape which my wife drives. We only take our vehicles to Fair Oaks because I trust them to provide great service, honestly and ethically. I can say this because I have lived this for the last 11 years.
