Fair Oaks Ford - Service Center

Tire repair I had a screw in one of my front tires of my F-150. Fair Oaks Lincoln quoted me a price that was half of what one of the local tire centers quoted. Fa I had a screw in one of my front tires of my F-150. Fair Oaks Lincoln quoted me a price that was half of what one of the local tire centers quoted. Fair Oaks fixed the tire, gave me a $5.00 discount and washed my truck. Since I bought the vehicle there they may have considered this, but I don't think so. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. My conclusion is this. Don't run to the nearest discount place thinking you are going to save money on service, check with Ford first. More

When it came time to replace that vehicle, I did not consider any other dealership. I bought my '13 CMax through them and have had excellent service and care since then. There were some initial problems with my new car (a new roll out from Ford) but Fair Oaks always took care of me---from loaners to working with Ford to get the issues resolved. I continue to highly recommend this dealership. ALL of the service staff have been more than accommodating and helpful. Dan (one of the mechanics in the garage area) was really attentive when there were problems early on and worked hard to figure out what was wrong. More
