I service my vehicle every 3000 or so miles for an oil change and for the past 6 years I have continued to service my vehicle at this location because they are honest and friendly. They always do a thorough check list no matter what you bring your car in for and they never hit you up for anything that's not necessary. More

Staff are friendly and super efficient. I took my car in because the oil light had come on. They said they would give it a service at the same. Purchase and service experience We bought the car new and have been taking it back to Fair Oaks exclusively for service. Craig Holsman was easy to work with and trusted me from the get go. I appreciate not having to sign my life away just to test drive a car. We have had almost no issues with the car after 2 1/2 years and 19,000 miles. Unfortunately, I was hit by and errant driver earlier this year. The damage to the left side of the car was extensive enough that it had to be towed. We had all the repairs done at Fair Oaks, coordinateed by Joe Mayer. It took awhile to get all the insurance matters settled, but Joe stayed on it. The final work was top notch. You cannot tell the car was damaged. The service staff at Fair Oaks bends over backwards to take care of you, even for just an oil change. Highly recommended. I would definitely buy another car there. More
