William patiently worked with us through several changes in what we were looking for and really needed. He offered friendly advice when we needed it and is very knowledgeable as he was able to answer all of our questions. Melvin and Chris helped tremendously, making sure that we were satisfied with the deal and helping us to the best of their ability to get us the best deal.
