We go inside and meet Tony, the sales manager, nice gregarious fellow. We take a test drive in a couple of Jeeps, come back in and start talking about buying the vehicles. They have a catchphrase they tell everyone to say, "If the numbers don't work we wouldn't expect you to buy." It's kinda corny, I mean how do you think I'm going to react if the numbers don't work and you DO expect me to buy? LOL. Now, what Tony did do was get us a better APR than my bank gave me, and Chris (the Finnance guy) got it even lower (Thanks Guys!). Chris sold me a lifetime service contract, and we'll see how that goes as far as service. We were easy clients, we've been looking at Jeeps for a while and were pretty prepared to buy. But even so, there was no pressure sales, it was a no haggle price that was comparable to others out on the market, they all walked away from us when we asked and let us discuss it. It was a low preasure experience. That said, of course their language was geared towards moving a customer to the eventual purchase of the vehicle but not pushy. More
