Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

I have owned my Jeep Wrangler for less than 1 month now and it has been in for Service 3 times now. I should have figured as much, as the purchase experience itself was a nightmare. The 1st service was due and it has been in for Service 3 times now. I should have figured as much, as the purchase experience itself was a nightmare. The 1st service was due to the Radio/Nav system not working properly, the 2nd service was to fix a water leak on the floor board when it rained, and the 3rd service is to once again try to fix the wate rleak, which wasn't fixed properly last time. One of the service guys actually told me that this is a common issue with Jeeps and it is to be expected. Wow, really? What great customer service and faith in the product that you you sell. Instead, how about "I'm so sorry for your inconvenience, we will do everything we can to remedy the situation." I am not too impressed with the customer service or the professionalism at this dealership! Their only saving grace is a sales person named Sony Pierre and the Service Manager Tom. Both Tom & Sonny are very professional, understanding, and they make sure to go out of their way to provide great customer service. Hopefully some of their attributes rub off on their fellow employees. More

Brought my car in for service that was covered under warranty. Not only did they not fix the problem, they left the vehicle worse off then when I brought it to them. I have been living overseas for 8 years and had done a lot of research, but had been jerked around by e-mail by at least 5 dealerships. I walked into this dealership after taking my kids to dinner, because we had slept for 14 hours after our long flight and was not expecting to,buy get jerked around with the price. I new what I wanted and walked in and met Mr. Carleton Calloway. I told him what I wanted and he gave me the best price they could give and I purchased it right then. This was my best experience EVER with a car salesman!!! Carlton was not only professional, he was also tolerant of all three of my children who took a fancy to him immediately and hung ALL over him. He took the time to talk to them and was not only a wonderful salesman, but a wonderful person. I cannot say enough about my experience with this entire dealership. My experience began about 2 months prior to actually stepping foot on the dealership. I had requested some information regarding a 2013 Dodge Caravan. My wife and I had several things going on and could not get in to the Fair Oaks Motors dealership for about 2 months. Throughout that time Jack and Bonnie stayed in touch but not so much as to be a nuisance which is something I appreciate. I won't talk to sales people that are too pushy and won't listen to what I want verses what they want to sell. That was never the case with Jack and Bonnie at Fair Oaks Motors. Jack showed us the vehicles we were interested and only those. He didn't try to sell the something better or something less. During the emails he told me if we don't have exactly what my boss (aka wife) wanted they would get it. She was looking for Dodge Grand Caravan Crew. The trade for her vehicle was very fair. I came in pre-approved for a car loan and they were able to get me a better interest rate and payment. Jack and everyone at Fair Oaks Motors went beyond what other car dealers I have been too before to ensure the best deal was found for us. I'm truly impressed. So much so that I intend to look into trading my 2013 Silverado for 2013 Ram. I would highly recommend Fair Oaks Motors to any one especially working with Jack Croft and/or Bonnie Abbott. More
