Sony Pierre was an awesome salesman. Literally, called me and got me out of the seat at another dealership as I was planning on buying a new jeep. Sony found me the car I wanted (upgraded to the max) for me and got me out of the seat at another dealership as I was planning on buying a new jeep. Sony found me the car I wanted (upgraded to the max) for the same price as a mid level. He gave me his personal cell and worked daily and updated me on the progress of find the right car. Highly recommended!!! More
I was a bit nervous having to by my first car all by myself. Granby did his best to help me find something affordable and that met all my requirements, which I promise was no easy feat. He helped me fig myself. Granby did his best to help me find something affordable and that met all my requirements, which I promise was no easy feat. He helped me figure out financing, which was better than I had been offered by my banka nd auto insurance. More
In buying my jeep liberty, the service and openness was very impressive. In receiving the servicing on my jeep, always have been received with courtesy and a positive attitude. One thing which concerns m very impressive. In receiving the servicing on my jeep, always have been received with courtesy and a positive attitude. One thing which concerns me is the new configuring of the service desks in the entrance area. It is very cold there and uncomfortable for the customer and I cannot fathom how the excellent employees withstand the weather. Like on the show "Undercover Boss", it would be interesting to see the general manager work in this environment in the coldest day. More
I purchased a brand new 2013 Dodge Ram 2500 Power Wagon in June 2013 from Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge Car Dealership. During the test drive, I noticed alignment issues, the steering wheel was in June 2013 from Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge Car Dealership. During the test drive, I noticed alignment issues, the steering wheel was off center and its play was off, and a constant clicking noise when i would veer left or right. The salesperson told me that this wasn’t a big deal, that I could return the next day to adjust these minor issues. I ended up purchasing the truck because as a prior Dodge Ram owner, I was confident in the quality of this vehicle. The following morning I returned to have the service completed on these issues. The service advisor, Walter French, said that he would fix the alignment during the first 3,000 mile service check up. I agreed with Walter, and did not have these issues corrected, and decided to wait until my 3,000 mile service check. Around the August, at the 3,000 mile service check, I requested an oil change, alignment, tire rotation, for them to look in to the previous issues which included the steering wheel being off center and issues with the wheel play and the clicking noise. The navigation system was also freezing up. When I returned a few hours later, Walter said that everything was completed and that the clicking noise was normal. This was disappointing to hear, especially after the salesperson and Walter told me that this would be corrected. After being told that I’d have to accept the odd noise with my new vehicle, I decided to research this further. Through my peers and online research, I learned that this clicking noise is actually not normal, especially for a brand new vehicle. Furthermore, I found that the alignment and steering wheel issues were not corrected, the driver’s seat cushion was now making an odd noise, there was still the clicking noise when I drove, and my navigation system was still freezing up, so I returned on September 4th. On September 4th I requested that the steering wheel be centered, navigation corrected, driver’s seat cushion looked at and I personally showed the technician the ongoing clicking noise during a test drive. I waited 3 hours for the repairs (I requested a loaner vehicle but was told that I wasn’t eligible, even though my car was under warranty). Again, the clicking noise was not corrected, in fact, the technician noted on the invoice that he did not hear it during a test drive for 7 miles, despite my personally showing him when I dropped the vehicle off. The driver’s seat cushion was fixed and the navigation was corrected via software update, but the other issues (steering wheel off center and wheel play, alignment, and clicking noise) remained. I called the service desk and was told that these problems could be addressed at my next oil change in October. Not wanting to wait too long, I returned before my next oil change to address the ongoing issues previously mentioned, as well as a new problem with the loosening trim on the front of the vehicle. At the end of the service, I was told again, that everything was satisfactorily completed (steering wheel was lubricated) and that the technician did not hear any clicking noises. I was informed that the trim would have to be corrected by Chantilly Auto Body, a nearby auto body shop. I found it odd that I was being told to go to a subcontractor to the dealership, but proceeded anyway. I wasn’t given a loaner car, despite my car being under warranty, and had to make arrangements to be picked up. Chantilly Auto Body fixed the trim and I picked up the vehicle the next day. My next oil change was on October 29, as usual, I asked that the steering wheel issues, alignment, and clicking noises be addressed and was told again, that the technician test drove the vehicle and saw no issues. At this point, I grew frustrated and asked to speak with the Service Manager, who scheduled an appointment for me with Michael Peters, a Service Advisor for November 4th. Before my meeting with Michael, I noticed oil dripping after my recent oil change, my radio and navigation screen were beginning to freeze again, and now the trim was coming off of the rest of the wheels. Michael told me that the oil filter was loose from the prior changing and that it needed to be tightened and cleaned up. Michael said that the alignment issues were due to tire pressure and had them fixed (although this repair did not last). He told me that the trim would have to be repaired by an auto body shop. This time, I mentioned that I did not think it was right for me to take my truck to a third party, and that it was really their responsibility. Michael agreed, and I was provided a truck for seven days. Unfortunately, Fair Oaks Dodge did not purchase insurance from the car rental, and I had to pay $192 out of my pocket for this coverage. On my drive home, I noticed again, that my steering wheel was off center, and that they wheel play was off. I also heard the clicking noise, but the navigation and radio screen was updated and functioning again. I called and made an appointment in January for the clicking noise, steering wheel issues, oil change, and tire rotation. I waited 4 hours for this service. Michael told me that all of the issues except for the clicking noise were addressed and that I would have to come back at a later date to address the ongoing issue with the noise. Frustrated again, I escalated my issue to Chrysler Customer Assistance Center and gave them the history of my issues with this truck. I was given a case number, 24495168 and I was told that they were going to follow up with the Service Manager to take care of this issue. I was given a date of February 7 to test drive my truck with a technician so that they could hear exactly what I was hearing. The technician finally heard the noise that I have been hearing for months and I was scheduled for an appointment the following Monday, February 10. I was told that Fair Oaks Dodge needed my vehicle for 2 days and that I would be provided with a rental. This time I requested a truck since I am a contractor and need this type of vehicle to work. I arrived at the rental company and the truck was not ready. I was told that they were expecting me 3 hours later, but that they would have the truck ready for me the next morning at 7:30. I arrived at 7:30 the following morning and again, no truck was available. Again, I require a truck for my every day work as a contractor and this was very frustrating for me. Not wanting to deal with the rental company, I kept the sedan. I contacted Michael the following day for a status on my vehicle and was told that he would “call me right back” but he did return my call and I had to follow up with him the next day. At this point, I was frustrated with the fact that I was promised a loaner truck and provided with a sedan (which I have paid $40 for), and it is now day 4 of my truck being repaired. I have been a loyal customer of Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership and have referred my friends and family to them for years. As a prior Dodge Ram owner ( a used vehicle that I had no issues with), I am appalled at the ongoing issues associated with this brand new vehicle and even more disappointed with the service that I have received. There has been zero accountability on the service department and management, no focus on quality and customer service is absolutely non-existent. I believe that I was sold a defective vehicle with systemic and ongoing issues that no one at this dealership can seem to repair. More

William Granby met me at the door...and impressed me immediately. William is professional, gracious, and very knowledgable. And, for those few things he didn't have an immediate answer too, he was very effective at getting the answer. He is patient, thorough, and it is an absolute pleasure to do business with him. And, once we had agreed to purchase the car, William, Carlton, and other business folks made the process extremely smooth. My wife and I really appreciate the great level of service we've experienced at Fair Oaks Chantilly Jeep. We will highly recommend William and this dealership to our friends. More
I have had a most positive experience in both the purchase of my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Fair Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge and my follow-up contacts with the dealership. I initially came to this de purchase of my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Fair Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge and my follow-up contacts with the dealership. I initially came to this dealership to browse the available stock because I had certain requirements concerning the Jeep Grand Cherokee I was looking to purchase. I had been to another local dealership where I did not feel comfortable with the information that they provided to me. The sales staff at Fair Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge and especially Shaban Ghannam was very experienced and straightforward in providing me accurate information that I required prior to making a purchase of a new motor vehicle. I have owned 4 prior Jeep Grand Cherokees and 2 of them are still being used by other family members. My overall experience with Fair Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge from providing me some vital initial information concerning this redesigned motor vehicle to locating the exact vehicle that I was looking for was excellent. I especially enjoyed my dealings with their General Sales Manager, Tony Nardelli who made both myself and my son feel very comfortable with the entire process. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the market to purchase a Chrysler product. More
From the moment we arrived to test drive the Jeep Cherokee, we found the entire dealership above all others: facility, salesmanship, and care for us during our purchase and afterwards. We are happy w Cherokee, we found the entire dealership above all others: facility, salesmanship, and care for us during our purchase and afterwards. We are happy with our purchase and we not only recommend the dealership, we especially recommend Sony Pierre. He was personable without being pushy. He was informative without overselling his cars. He quickly responded to our questions, our needs and wishes and never once pressured us to do/say or buy anything we did not desire. He has our business for life. More
I would like to say that the actual process of purchasing the vehicle was pretty good. The sales staff worked with us and made a deal that my wife and I were comfortable with. However, when we found some i the vehicle was pretty good. The sales staff worked with us and made a deal that my wife and I were comfortable with. However, when we found some issues with the vehicle and asked that they be addressed, that was when the attitude of everyone changed. I felt like they thought we were just being picky about the van not being perfect. I understand that we were buying a used vehicle and there might be some issues, but there were some things we felt were not safe but our concerns seemed to not be taken seriously. When we bought the van we got a limited warranty which helped because we told the dealer we smelled a something burning to which they replied there was a spray they use to inhibit corrosion and all of the vehicles have it. We were told that it would stop after we drove a few miles and not to worry. We also noticed some noise coming from the brakes and the van pulling to the left. I was told that the noise I was hearing was not possibly the brakes and that they did a front end alignment so they could not understand why we felt the van pulling. At this point we decided to take the van to a different dealer for service due to convenience and frustration. At the other Chrysler dealer service department they found two oil leaks, which was the burning smell we had mentioned before, they found that the brakes were basically grinding away because the pads had been changed with no addressing of the badly scored rotors, and all four tires had uneven wear on them, which was causing the pulling. By the time we went to the other dealer we started having some issues with the power lift gate and sliding doors. These parts were not covered by the limited warranty and will cost a lot of money to replace. The brake issue I fixed myself because that was also not covered by the warranty. I was able to get the seals on the engine changed under warranty but during the process, they found a stripped drain plug which needed to be replaced. I had to pay for the drain plug which was only nine dollars, but the seeming lack of attention to detail and competency at Fair Oaks Dodge in the service department is very disappointing. I feel like the oil leak should have been noticed, and if it was should not have been ignored. During the inspection if they found the drain plug stripped, why not just put a new one on, and if they did not notice it, why not? In conclusion, I may or may not buy another vehicle from this dealer, but I will not trust the service department to give an honest assessment of any used vehicle on the lot. When I purchased the vehicle I was given four free oil changes, but due to the lack of trust I believe those will just be taken care of by me in my driveway. It will be worth the cost to know that it was done right. More
I have purchased two jeeps in the area and below are a few items why Fair Oaks deserves only one star: Sales: - Sales guys do not know even the basics about Jeep Wranglers - For example, both sales few items why Fair Oaks deserves only one star: Sales: - Sales guys do not know even the basics about Jeep Wranglers - For example, both sales guys did not know what the new models changes were - Price averaged was on average a couple thousand dollars more than other places Service: - Dropped the Wrangler in to replace the clutch release bearing - the service department failed to bolt the drive shaft back in so it fell out as I was driving away. The drive shaft bounced back up so hard that it dented the oil pan and created a 6 month ordeal to get the vibration in my transmission fixed. After 6 months with Fair Oaks, I took it to another dealer and they ended up replacing my entire transmission - problem solved. Best part of it was that the service team at Fair Oaks told me that "this happens all the time" and "that there is nothing to worry about since that was our best transmission expert". - In addition to the ordeal, the service manager there doesn't know the first thing about servicing a vehicle. Talk to one of the techs not the service manager. - The service manager will keep you waiting even if you have an appointment My Wrangler spent over 35 days in the shop, and I spent countless hours waiting for repairs or the Service Manager to show up. Definitely do not take your vehicle here for a service. More

My sales associate, Sony, was low key, knowledgeable, and to the point. He helped me order exactly what I wanted at a price that was fair. He called me multiple times to update me on the status of my car while it was being made and got me out the door quickly when it arrived. I never once felt pressured, agitated or stressed. If you are in the market I would highly recommend this dealership and encourage you to ask for Sony. You won't be disappointed. More
