Off the Lot = I don't Care I can't give 0 stars so 1 it is. I was trying to avoid making a review and allow for the dealership to rectify the situation, however there seems to I can't give 0 stars so 1 it is. I was trying to avoid making a review and allow for the dealership to rectify the situation, however there seems to be a lack of interest to do so. I purchased a used-vehicle on 8/13/15. When I saw the ad go up, I called immediately and I came in. After negotiations we came to an agreement and I came back to pick up the car. My salesperson knew NOTHING about the car and really wasn't the greatest, however I wanted the car. Issues: Financing we agreed on a price for the warranty and gap insurance, and that wasn't conveyed in my written agreement, which I didn't notice until a day or so after I brought the car home. I asked will it pass MD inspection and I was told yes. Well low and behold I take it for inspection and the mechanic says I need to bring it back to the dealer because the wheel bearings are going bad. I call the dealership and Max tells me that it is sold as is and that is why I have a warranty. I contact the warranty company and they tell me the dealership must fix it because it is pre-existing the warranty does not cover it. I have been trying to reach the financing person to discuss the issues with the contract and my car, well she no longer works there. I have emailed the GM and he has been non -responsive and the Sales Manager indicated he was researching but it has been almost 2 weeks. Here we are almost a month later and no one has been able to offer me a solution. I was not given my buyer's guide, I was not given my copy of the carfax, both which I was entitled too, I was not given any type of solution for my wheel bearings and the contract I signed, I did not sign the AS-IS clause. So the message I have received is, once you purchase the car and drive it off the lot, we are done and don't care. Its a shame I had to file a complaint with the BBB and still no response. I guess I will need to seek legal advice. Very unfortunate More
Didn't even buy a car from them RUDE sales person I put in the information on my pre- approved finance form for this dealer was relentless. When I finally had the time to call back I talked with the sales person and asked him to stop calling that I was just thinking about a new car he said "We didn't come to your house you requested information we have to follow up". I said you didn't have to call 5 times. Hang up then call right back. He said "if you would of answered the first time we would not have to keep calling back" really? And you want my business. I would NEVER purchase or step into this place at all. More

They drew me in with an ad stating that the vehicle i wanted was discounted $7000.00 When i arrived, they said the discount is made up of several discounts each of which has its own eligibility criteria. Nowhere is this explained on their advertisement. When I confronted a sales manager, his response was, "All dealerships do it." I don't know if that's true, but this one is going to be held accountable. I am taking my case to the Attorney General tomorrow with conclusive evidence. More
Held car, no updates, didnt even have parts to do service I dropped my car off at 10 am yesterday and was told it would take a short time to complete the 3 pieces of work. The person who answers say they don't show that anything was done to the car and cant answer any questions. Aaron calls back again to tell me that dave did not actually have the parts in to do the work when he took in my car and they did not have an estimate of when they would even have the parts in. so they took my car, knowing they didn't have the parts, and then let it sit for a day without calling me. I just called in now and david blamed aaron, and last night aaoron said david was the one doing the work. if you want to waste a lot of your time hearing ridiculous excuses and dealing with completely incompetent people use this dealer. also james Pollack the service manager has a voicemail box that doesn't actually work. so good luck More

After 2 weeks I bought a sofa and tried to fold the 2nd row bench, but it would not fold. No chance at all to fold it down. Did not even move an inch. Called Fair Oaks Motors 3 times and the sales guy always promised that a manager would call me back. So far though nobody called me ever back. Conclusion: After sales customer care is simply not existent and obviously they have a sell and run strategy, whatever happens after sale, is not of interest. I find this very upsetting, especially in this case with a hidden defect. If had been aware of it, I definitely would have asked to repair it, or simply not have bought the car. Also I need a second car, but definitely not from Unfair Oaks Motors. More

Happy New Owner First, I can be difficult and demanding. I knew the exact vehicle I wanted; I asked Fair Oaks what their best offer was for said vehicle. I then took that offer to another nearby Jeep Dealership and asked if they could beat the deal offered by Fair Oaks; they tried but couldn't. Fair Oaks got my business. Once I decided where I was going to buy; Francesca was eager to make me happy. She advocated for me with her manager. She took the time to explain the process and answered each and everyone of my questions. She ran point in getting the "I owe you's" settled, she spent hours helping me with odds and ends that ultimately made me an extremely happy customer. I depended on Francesca and she came through at every turn. Kudos to both Fair Oaks and Francesca!! More
