Bogus Advertising rude staff Dont be fooled by these folks. Do not confuse dealer discount with factory incentives. You get the same factory incentives at any Chrysler dealer it's Dont be fooled by these folks. Do not confuse dealer discount with factory incentives. You get the same factory incentives at any Chrysler dealer it's all about dealer discount. This dealer offers a dealer discount then just about and wipes the discount out with dealer fees. Like backing out the destination charge. They will offer 2000 off but then tell you that new price does not include freight. Then they will charge you a large processing fee, perhaps an advertising fee, a delivery fee, a set up fee. It all depends on the discount offered. So, what they are doing is trying to trick you. Lure you in by msking you think you have a great deal then pile on fees. You can buy a vihicle anyware at MSRP and get the same factory incentives anywhere. Call ahead, email ahead get it in wrighting because that advertised dealer discount is not what your actually getting. This dealership plays dirty... More

Unauthorized charges. Beware. I purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 on April 17, 2017. While signing the contract with Business Manger, Clifford Melvin he offered me a service contract. I de I purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 on April 17, 2017. While signing the contract with Business Manger, Clifford Melvin he offered me a service contract. I declined. He continued to press on why I needed it. He asked for a copy of my credit card and that I sign two contracts one with the service plan and one without so if I changed my mind, I could call in to authorize the charge. I gave him a copy. I was moving to Washington DC so I forgot about it. I received a call from Clifford about wanting to proceed with the service plan. I said "No" I was not ready to make a decision at that time but he would not take no for an answer and said that he would call me after my move to see if I reconsidered. He told me he couldn't hold the paperwork much longer because he had to turn it in. I moved on May 8, 2017. I used this account to only pay bills so I always put enough in it to cover my expenses. I tried to purchase food a few days after my move and I was declined. I checked my online account from my phone and noticed the charge of $588.60 and it was from Fair Oaks Chrysler. On Thursday May 11, 2017, I immediately called Fair Oaks Chrysler to find out what the additional charge was and I was transferred to the Clifford and he said "I figured you wanted the service plan so I charged your card." I couldn't believe it. I told him I did not want the service plan and I want a refund of my money. I asked when will I recieve my refund. He told me that it would take a lot of paper work but he would have it to me by Monday, May 15, 2017. I waited until Wednesday 17, 2017 to call Chrysler corporate customer service to ask for their assistance. They called the dealership but only got the voicemail. The rep told me to call back the next day if the Business Manager did not contact me and give me my refund. I called back customer service and was told to go to a dealership to try to cancel the service plan. I called David Black and another manager and neither returned my call. My wife was going to buy a car there. Not now! More
Dishonest. Rude. Bait and switch. Wired a deposit. Agreed to purchase ( in writing ) Two days before my flight to pick up the vehicle, Dealership says, "Sorry, we sold it." Refused to Wired a deposit. Agreed to purchase ( in writing ) Two days before my flight to pick up the vehicle, Dealership says, "Sorry, we sold it." Refused to send downpayment back via wire -- the manner in which it was sent. Giles was rude and very unaccommodating. This would have been my 15th vehicle purchase, and is by far my worst experience with any dealer to date. More

Frankie My interactions were quite limited as my financial situation changed dramatically recently. That being said, when I spoke with Frankie at the deal My interactions were quite limited as my financial situation changed dramatically recently. Thanks Bonnie, Marcelo and Cliff I came in thinking I'd get the typical, "Car Salesman", but was pleasantly surprised when Bonnie greeted us. I was pleasantly surprised My salesman Dominic Wright was a great listener. I told him the car I wanted, and the price I had to get, to make me a buyer. I had done a lot of re My salesman Dominic Wright was a great listener. I told him the car I wanted, and the price I had to get, to make me a buyer. I had done a lot of research and also visited a couple of other Dodge dealers. None of the others came close to the level of attentive service I got at Fair Oaks with my sales rep Dominic. We got down to business on my first visit to Fair Oaks, and we talked about the price range I needed, to make me want to buy my car. Dom and his managers worked out their numbers and they gave me an offer. I took a few days to think it over and compare notes against offers from other dealers and the MSRP. I realized it was a great offer by Fair Oaks and I decided to take it without any more wheedling. I think the best way to make these purchases, and to make them into a positive experience, is: do your research and know when you have a good offer in front of you. That way, you don't have any doubt about your decision, and the whole process feels dignified and honest. I believe in being truthful and I find it difficult to act cagey, and I appreciate others when they are the same. I give Dom and Fair Oaks credit for knowing their price capabilities, knowing when they had a serious buyer in front of them, and being straight with me, taking their best shot, and giving me time to think. These are the reasons I am very satisfied with my purchase and pleased to make this review. I've waited many years to get this car, it's one I plan to keep a long time, and I really appreciate the professional way Dom dealt with me, it made it a very positive experience that I will enjoy remembering, as long as I have this car. How many can say that about their car purchase experience? More
Poor Customer Service and Used Cars I am a Disabled Veteran who found Fair Oaks Motors through USAA Car Buying Service. I would not recommend purchasing a car from them. I just purchas I am a Disabled Veteran who found Fair Oaks Motors through USAA Car Buying Service. I would not recommend purchasing a car from them. I just purchased a 2014 Acura ILX with only 32,000 miles. I took it to a Maryland Inspector in order for me to register the vehicle and now in order to pass inspection I have to pay over $1000 for all new tires due to tires being severly worn. I tried contacting several staff including managers and no one returned my call. Finally I reached the person Sean Jaber who was my sales rep and all he could say is that it passed Virginia state inspection in which requires tires be in good standing. I have the assumption that who ever Fair Oaks is having inspecting their vehicles is shady. DO NOT SHOP AT FAIR OAKS. THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!!!!!!! ARMY RETIRED DISABLED VETERAN More
