From the test drive to delivery of the keys, Bruce provided updates, answered questions, and worked tirelessly to treat my Wife and I as though we were the most important customers he had ever taken care of. This same level of customer care was demonstrated by the finance and service departments as they made their way out to introduce themselves and congratulate us on our purchase. All in all, we feel like we have become part of a larger Family with Fair Oaks Dodge. More

But fact was totally different they appraised and valued my car Dodge 2016 15000 ml low and offered me used car with higher ml at very high price. Worst Experience ever !! Watch for $2,000 in hidden fees I worked with Elias on a price for a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee listed at $56,165. First he agreed to drop the price from the sticker of $56,165 to $44,500 to match the discount on an identical car they had in another color. That looked great! Then he came back and said that the sales manager refused and insisted on a price of $45,727. But I thought we had a deal. Okay, after haggling a bit we agreed on that price. I asked to see the total out the door price. All of a sudden they added in a $689 "processing fee" and a $1,395 "destination charge." This latter fee was over and above the $995 destination charge already in the sticker price we started with. Elias said it what it actually cost the dealership to bring the car from the factory. Just be careful: The FTC website warns against dealers adding second destination charges. When I asked for documentation of that cost, they refused. So add $2,000 in fees to whatever price they quote you. More

Unprofessional I was working with Paul Van Horn in order to get a 2017 Grand Cherokee Laredo. We spoke over the phone a few times and I told him what my maximum budg I was working with Paul Van Horn in order to get a 2017 Grand Cherokee Laredo. We spoke over the phone a few times and I told him what my maximum budget was and what I was looking for. He countered with not only a more expensive vehicle, but it also didn't meet my need for AWD. So I called back and gave him a very specific stock #, WELL within my budget, and he said he would make it work. I hear nothing back from him until I walk into the dealership and try to make a deal. He informs me that "actually that Jeep sold yesterday" - the same one he said would work for me today AFTER I provided him a stock # and he looked it up. Then, he proceeded to say he "had nothing in my budget" and just walked away. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and such poor mannerisms in a Jeep dealership. To not be able to make a deal is one thing, to lie to me about your inventory just to get me to come into the dealership is another. I will never return here and I will advise ALL of my friends and family to STAY CLEER from the Jeep dealership in Chantilly. More

Service - Repair - customer experience I'm a long standing client with this dealership. It's very troubling to watch how they perceive customer experience. My service repair took 2 weeks wh I'm a long standing client with this dealership. It's very troubling to watch how they perceive customer experience. My service repair took 2 weeks which included false quoting, false repair (presented the truck back to me without test drive or verifying the issue was fixed) , I returned it for more repairs and more expense to the tune of $3100. The service team attempted to offer 20% discount however the complaint I have is the customer experience. How can I rely on a service repair if they wont properly fix the problem and test drive it before handing it over. At my request I sat down with Tom Archer the Service Manager. He promised to call me the same day after reviewing the entire service work and a talk with the techs to understand what occurred. The return call never happened. I then reached out to him 3 business days later and he advised he would contact me after the 4th of July holiday. I never heard from Tom. I will not do business with this dealership going forward, I need a service shop that is concerned for truly repairing the vehicle and my customer experience. More
