Terrible. False advertising, forced additions Listed prices on their website are ONLY if you arrange financing through one of their lenders, and if you agree to let them keep a tracking module in Listed prices on their website are ONLY if you arrange financing through one of their lenders, and if you agree to let them keep a tracking module in your car (that they charge you $399 for) for the sake of "customer convenience". They claim they cannot remove this module, since it's hardwired into the car and is not optional. They pride themselves with low prices but it must be a regional thing, as there are identical cars without those asinine stipulations elsewhere in the country. The Finance manager is also quite short on the phone and isn't very willing to actually explain anything either, the salesmen do it better and with significantly less audible frustration than he does. Prices are too high and the tracker is just creepy and scummy. Would not recommend. There are much better deals to be had, other dealers that don't decide to modify the car and force you to pay for it... One star is more than generous here. I regret having this place run my credit just to try and save $1000. More

I originally went to look at mustangs, I know hypocrite, but after being treated like utter crap by the Ford dealsership, I decided to go with my gut instinct and head to Fair Oaks. Needless to say I left with a Go Mango 2019 Charger Scat Pack and I couldn't be happier! Sony and Alexandria really helped me out. Their finance department bent over backwards to gey me into this car. I highly recommend checking them out! More
