David Kerns and Hermann Cuadros worked with me for a few days before I e I purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was an easy and smooth process. David Kerns and Hermann Cuadros worked with me for a few days before I even stepped foot in the dealership to get me a price I was satisfied with. Mo Moridzadeh made the financing very straightforward and informative and got me to a payment number I was comfortable with. Mo and Hermann agreed to let me do a 24 hour contingency sale, I wanted to take a night to sleep on it to ensure I was 100% satisfied with everything. David greeted me on both trips I made to the dealership and he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He never once used any type of aggressive sales tactics, etc. He answered all of my questions and gave me a quick demo of the vehicle's features before I left. I never felt pressure at all during the process, which is key for me. Numbers are numbers, and Fair Oaks beat all local competitors by $2,000+ on my Jeep, but it's the environment and professionalism that helped make the purchase process enjoyable. More

He did call and apologized for the behavior exhibited by the sales rep and advi UPDATE: I did speak with Hermann, the Director of Sales this morning. He did call and apologized for the behavior exhibited by the sales rep and advised that he this sales rep, in particular, is not on the job as of now. I did tell him I did want to return back there as I did not purchase a car yet and take another look at Jeeps as, again, William was awesome to work with and I would love to give him my business... I want to thank him for taking my complaint seriously and taking swift action to resolve it. Throw the entire sales management team away! First off, this is no disrespect to William, my sales rep I worked with, he has been wonderful but the rest of his collegeues and his boss are a whole different story. For starters.. I actually was meaning to go to a competitor dealership, Lindsay, but my GPS routed me to this one. A gentleman, whose name I didn’t get and is the reason for this negative review, approached me before I even had a chance to step out of my car. I asked for the sales rep who I was supposed to be working with at Lindsay before I realized I was af the wrong dealership then when I told him I was going to come back to him but I wanted to keep my appointment with Lindsay he tried to get me to stay there. When I repeated I would come back, he snapped at me and told me I can go to whatever dealership I want and it doesn’t matter to him. But then I stayed because I realized they True Car did send my request to them and there was a sales rep I was assigned to so I did decide to push up my Lindsay appointment and go meet with William Let me be clear: this review is no reflection on William he was fantastic! I had an excellent rapport with him. He took his time, going over both the Jeep and the 1500 and he actually convinced me that I did want to go with a 1500. I told him I would come back because he had to go out of town and I did want to look at the F150 and a couple of other models... I did that this week but on Friday, I went back to the dealership because I wanted to take a look inside the Rebble and a Laramie.. well long and behold the same jerk of a sales rep was there but this time, he amped his unprofessionalism up to 10. I told him that I am going with the 1500 and I will be making my purchase next week but I just wanted to look inside the two other trims I was looking at the Rebel and the Laramie.. he told me it’s better to come back when William was here because he wouldn’t be getting the credit.. let me reiterate that... he said that I should come back because he wasn’t going to get the credit.. he flat out refused to help me. Said it was “too cold” for him to be going outside and if i wanted to somebody else can help me but it wasn’t going to be him. I was livid! I told them I won’t be getting a car from them at all then and started to leave when two other sales reps offered to help. Meanwhile I kept glaring at this office where I saw this man looking at me like a deer caught in headlights... clearly he saw I was under and angry but didn’t get up. When I found out that was Mr. Cuadros, the Director of Sales, who didn’t even bother to check to see what was going on, I left. I did call Mr. Cuadros immediately to tell him, this salesman needs to be fired because he lacks customer service skills and he just cost William a $55k sale. While he let me vent, I noticed not once did he apologize for his sales rep’s behavior. He did tell me he would get back to me in 24 hours which as of the time of writing this, he has not.. I actually ended up deciding on a Subaru but if I was going to go with a 1500, I would have went to Lindsay. It’s amazing to me, this wasn’t even Lindsay’s dealership or sales rep and they apologized to me and seemed to share in the anger that Fair Oaks’s management should have had... I can’t imagine any of the major automotive groups, or single mom and pop dealers in the area having somebody so ignorant and disrespectful on their staff. Clearly, fairoaks doesn’t care because the only response to this situation should have been that this gentleman is no longer employed there.. but they really only care about your money.. go to another dealership. One that actually cares about you as a person. More

After calling them out on it they seemed to hem and haw and backtrack on it but it was clear they don't understand the law. The sales guy I used was great but he also hadn't read the warranty act.
