Terrible Service I couldn't be more dissatisfied with the service department at Fair Oaks Jeep. I bought a brand new jeep from them and for 2 years now they have be I couldn't be more dissatisfied with the service department at Fair Oaks Jeep. I bought a brand new jeep from them and for 2 years now they have been unable to diagnose a battery draw issue. Some tech they have thought it would be cool to trick out the jeep with tactical bumpers/lights/winch etc. Yet they installed it wrong and now it wont ever hold a charge. It's now the 3rd time it's been in the service shop. I'm told it's being worked on "daily" and it's in techs bay "right now" we will call you as soon as we have an update. Margaret Crabill the tech advisor, and Tom Archer (Service Manager) have yet to send me an updated text or a call regarding the status of my vehicle. It looks like I am going to need to escalate this even higher up the chain to get the service I expect. Just to clarify, the Jeep was brand new and driven off the show room floor, so this is all on the Dealership. I am now onto my second rental from Enterprise because I had the first one "too long". My advice is to avoid these guys completely. More

Disrespectful and Condescending I worked with Bonnie, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and pleasant, unfortunately there was some miscommunication and confusion on the final quote I worked with Bonnie, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and pleasant, unfortunately there was some miscommunication and confusion on the final quoted price I was given. I attempted to present my concerns to the sales manager working that shift (small, scrawny, balding gentleman with a nervous disposition) who was dismissive, and just pointed to a number on a piece of paper and said "It's actually this price". I attempted to explain to him that I had confirmed a different price (twice, with multiple people) and had taken the day off work to finalize my purchase, to which he mumbled "Human error" and "Ok, so you had to take a day off work". He made no attempt to remedy the situation or discuss any alternatives. I requested to speak to the location manager (who did not come out, or return my call) and after a brief wobble I was informed that the manager was "in a meeting". Bonnie was extremely apologetic, and took complete responsibility for a situation that was absolutely not entirely her fault. I had no issue with paying more for a quality product, and ended up purchasing the same vehicle (Dodge Charger) from a competitor (Perfect Auto, ask for Alex) The only pleasant aspect of the whole ordeal was seeing a lady in a profession dominated by "men" being the only person who showed strength of character and personal responsibility.
