Avoid Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! ! I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision before using the service department at Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodg ! I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision before using the service department at Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Issue 1: Safety-Critical Repair Failures Following an A/C evaporator repair performed by Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, the vehicle developed multiple serious issues, including: • A dash panel and airbag detaching and falling onto my legs while driving on the PA Turnpike • A fuel door that would not open • A steering-column bearing issue that remains unresolved A later repair to correct their mistakes, which included reinstalling the panel and airbag, resulted in additional damage to interior components (documented in photographs). This damage was acknowledged in a voicemail from service leadership. Despite multiple visits and months of communication, no resolution has been provided as of 9/9/2025, requiring me to contact a third-party for inspection. Issue 2: Oil Change and Multi-Point Inspection Concerns I paid for an oil change and multi-point inspection. However: • Photographs raise doubt that an oil change was performed. • No multi-point inspection checklist was provided, despite this being standard at other service centers. • A needed Fuel System Service was not disclosed. • Leadership acknowledged in voicemail that they could not confirm whether these services were performed. Due to the absence of proof and visible evidence, I was forced to open a fraud claim with my bank for the unverified services. UPDATE: The dealership refunded me the full amount for the oil change and multi-point inspection. Issue 3: Third-Party Inspection Findings A third-party PPI was completed. Their findings were significant: 1. Numerous missing dashboard fasteners 2. A compromised firewall 3. Panels improperly installed and unsecured 4. Left and right shifter bolts missing 5. Disconnected electrical connectors 6. Cabin air filter installed upside-down The third-party shop recommended that a Jeep dealership remove the dash and console for a full safety inspection. They declined to perform the work themselves due to the extent of prior improper repairs. The attached photos from the third-party shop confirm the terrible workmanship of Fair Oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Hermann. it is 11/8/2025 your shop has compromised the safety of my vehicle and placed me and my passengers at risk, as demonstrated by the documented safety issues and airbag incident. What resolution will you provide? Silence is not a solution! It is unfortunate that, as of 12/16/2025, we have been unable to reach a resolution, Hermann. A goodwill offer of $2,250 does not address the need to ensure the safety of myself, my passengers, and others by repairing the vehicle, and not trying to make the problem go away by throwing money at it. The requested resolution was straightforward: for us to work with Stellantis to identify another certified Jeep dealership to correct the damages and issues caused by Fair Oaks Motors. Prior visits to Fair Oaks Motors have demonstrated your team's inability to resolve these issues and, ultimately causing more issues. Your decision not to meet 1/2 way further supports the conclusion that revenue is being prioritized over customer safety - and your fear of what will be uncovered once the dash and console is removed by a certified technician at another certified Jeep dealership. Due to Fair Oaks Motors unwillingness to work with me and Stellantis to identify and authorize an alternative certified Jeep dealership to repair the documented issues with Fair Oaks Motors I am accepting incoming media request to ensure my customer voice is heard by others. It really shouldn't be this hard to ensure the vehicle is safe and repaired. Melanie and Hermann you both should be ashamed of yourselves this is the worse customer experience I've ever encountered. @Melanie your lead a corrupt business full of lies. More
Shady Oaks CDJR – Sold the car out from under me AFTER a 3.5-hour drive. Do NOT trust them. Fair Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (they should rename themselves Shady Oaks) just wasted my entire day, $90 in ga 3.5-hour drive. Do NOT trust them. Fair Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (they should rename themselves Shady Oaks) just wasted my entire day, $90 in gas, and 7 hours of driving for absolutely nothing. I live 3.5 hours away and had been texting and calling sales manager Omar (Moe) and salesperson Amir for 2½ days about a specific used vehicle listed online. I told them from the VERY FIRST CONTACT that I was far away. They knew I was planning to drive up the moment the car arrived. Sunday: I offered to come that day. They said it wasn’t on the lot yet but would arrive Monday morning. Monday ~10:00 AM: Amir called and confirmed the car was there, being detailed “for my arrival.” I told him I’d leave immediately and be there 1:30-2:00 PM. He said “perfect, it’ll be here.” 2½ hours into my drive: Amir called to check my ETA. I said 1:30. He casually mentioned another customer was coming in 15 minutes “just to look.” I asked why anyone else was being shown MY car when I was already on the road. I begged to leave a deposit. He said they don’t take deposits on used cars. (I had asked Moe the same thing the day before—same answer.) 30 minutes later: Moe called to say the other customer was buying it, but he had “similar” cars on the lot. Minutes after that: Another sales manager, Adam, called asking if I was still coming for “my appointment” for that exact car. I said yes, getting close. I thought the other buyer had backed out. Immediately after hanging up: Moe called back to say Adam “didn’t know” the car was already sold. Classic bait-and-switch chaos. I walked in at 1:30 PM on the dot and watched the car I drove 200 miles for get handed to someone else. Moe shrugged and tried to show me completely different vehicles. I told him there was zero chance I’d ever buy from them after this stunt and walked out. My family has been in the car business for decades. Every reputable dealer I’ve ever dealt with puts a car on hold or “freeze” when a customer is en route for a scheduled appointment. I’ve bought multiple cars in the last few years, always traveling for the exact specs/color/mileage I want. This is the FIRST time anyone has sold a car out from under me while I was literally on the highway. Fair Oaks CDJR has zero integrity. They string you along, waste your time, and have no problem lying to your face. If you live more than 30 minutes away, shop ANYWHERE else. I’ll be filing complaints with the BBB, Virginia DMV Consumer Affairs, and Stellantis Corporate. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a cash-ready buyer. Save yourself the headache—avoid Shady Oaks CDJR at all costs. More
Came in the day prior and Delroy came out to greet my daughter and I and we told him what we wanted, and he got it done. Can't thank him enough daughter and I and we told him what we wanted, and he got it done. Can't thank him enough More

The Good --professional and courteous, except for the salesman next to us who was belittling his customers in front of everyone else on the sales floor, who ultimately left. Compared to other dealerships salesman next to us who was belittling his customers in front of everyone else on the sales floor, who ultimately left. Compared to other dealerships, the wait time was good. Drinks and snacks were offered while we waited for paperwork/sale. The Bad: Lack of clear transparency throughout entire sell. Not a fan of the response given when asked if we can remove misc accessories of $765 from purchase which were given no specific details, info, or paperwork on what it is, how to use it, or timeframe of expiration, etc. Was told this was already "built into vehicle". Since when are you required to pay additional coverage on electronics that are covered in 1. factory warranty 2. extended warranty again already paid for out of pocket. We were promised LoJack would be "thrown in for free" for 3 years, turns out it is actually 1 yr on the paperwork and is already part of the $765 they force you to pay, so it actually isn't free. Didn't disclose there was only 1 fob. Promised they would try to get out oil stains in back seat, but let us take it home a few hours after initial purchase agreement (stains still there). Was under the impression we were doing a sight-unseen trade with general ballpark milage and recent pictures taken on phone. Turns out that wasn't the case and was asked to pay an additional $750 AFTER signing all contract documents agreeing to original deal. The Ugly -Incentives are very misleading and not what they appear to be worth. An average at best of 7.99% interest rate with excellent credit score is an insult. Not being able to pay off immediately leaves you paying more than the incentive is even worth. Trade in value offer is so bad, they need to pretend to give you a $1K additional credit to make you feel somewhat better. Thankfully we have the means to pay it off in cash. After all was said and done what should have been a 27K out of pocket ordeal, turned into a 35K one. Sticker price was approx 37K, and after trade in of 3,5K and $5,500 in cash total price (not including oil changes at 1K and extended service warranty for $3,800) was $42,400. (A net profit of $5,200 without even taking in consideration what the profit from the invoiced purchase price of vehicle is from auction. Would I go here again, no. Would I recommend them, no. It doesn't matter what 3rd party information you give them to negotiate a fairer price, they will return to their huddle and come back with their own #s with no extensive break down on any 3rd party site. As I was told the mechanical functioning of a trade-in does not matter, only miles and year. That is not true, just as it isn't true when purchasing a vehicle, but this is what they want us to believe to be true because it works greatly in their favor. This isn't my first rodeo and unfortunately I should have walked out the door and got a second quote and made them work with me. After all, the vehicle had been setting for over 90 days, was involved in an accident, and had stains on the seats, along with dried cleaning product residue all over the outside of the vehicle. At least now we have "free oil changes" for the next few years...??? worth 8K extra ??? 5K in rando additional fees for duplicate coverage--not really. Next time I will be buying from my Uncle. If I am going to give away 8k, it may as well be family. More
