I saw a Chrysler Town and Country 2015 online and liked it very much. I worked out a deal with Manny the salesperson. They agreed to deliver the car to my home. When the car arrived it was very nice. In my six-plus decades on this earth I've never experienced a disappointing interaction with a business like the one I had with this dealership. I was in the process of negotiating for a used car that was on their web site but wouldn't be delivered to their lot for two days. I'm long distance from the dealership. The sales manager I was working with said he would call me the moment the car arrived in two days and that I was at the top of his list. The next day he was off. The car arrived one day early. When I learned, a few hours after its arrival, that it was on the lot they already had someone local with interest heading to the dealership. They sold it to the local. The sales manager never returned my call, where I hoped to plead my case. I'm about to move to nearby Sterling, VA. Once I'm there I will do my utmost to spread, by word of mouth, a loud warning to avoid this unprincipled dealership. More
