I had an exceptional experience at the Fair Oaks Jeep dealership, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, which stood in stark contrast to m dealership, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, which stood in stark contrast to my visit to a nearby dealership where I felt largely ignored. The team at Fair Oaks created a friendly, inviting, and professional atmosphere that immediately put me at ease and made the entire car-buying process enjoyable and stress-free. A particularly notable aspect of my experience was the outstanding service provided by my sales representative, Alaadin Almasri. Alaadin's approach was both highly professional and incredibly customer-focused. He took the time to thoroughly understand my needs, answering all my questions with clear, insightful information. What stood out most was his patience and dedication—there was no rush or pressure to make a decision, and he ensured that I was fully informed at every step. His expertise and attentiveness truly elevated my experience and left a lasting impression. Fair Oaks Jeep has set a new standard for what a dealership experience should be. The entire team, led by professionals like Alaadin, goes above and beyond to ensure their customers feel valued and well taken care of. For anyone in the market for a Jeep, I would highly recommend Fair Oaks Jeep—they exemplify what excellent customer service and professionalism should look like. More

Not a great experience. He never sent me the final paperwork electronically which resulted in multiple follow up calls to obtain. He wanted to chat the whole time and did not focus on doing his job correctly. Car was represented to have never been in an accident. On the drive home from acquiring the blind spot monitoring stopped working. Took it in and they said they couldn't replicate - told then need to drive for at least 15 minutes in traffic before it would error out but they couldn't figure it out). Took to another jeep dealership and they were able to replicate but told me the wiring harness and other items on left side were a mess and car had clearly been in an accident and recommended I take back to Fair Oaks to address. Only bright spot was working with Margaret Crabill in service. She was forthright and honest about the issue once I got to her through the underlings and eventually got it fixed (took a long time to get the parts) including two more trips back to the dealership but finally got there. So kudos to Margaret. Now about 7 months later I was changing the cabin airfilter and found all kinds of paperwork from previous owner jammed up in top of glovebox. Indicates this car was acquired new from Lindsay Jeep with four different extended policies (7yr/70k platinum extended warranty, road hazard tire and wheel coverage, armorall smartshield finish coverage and dent wizard coverage). All of these policies could have been extended to the next owner (me) for around $25 apiece within 30 days of resale but since I was never notified of their existence I was unable to do that . Have called Used Sales manager (Max Bashardoust) multiple times regarding this matter to see if there is anything that can be done and he WILL NOT return my calls. Not implying anything dishonest just that they are for the most part running a xxxx show at this dealership and any one dealing with them should be extra careful. I will not buy another car from them More
This dealership gave me a written quote to purchase and honored that quote when at the dealership to complete the purchase. There were no games or surprises. Allen Rivani was a pleasure to work with on my purchase and I felt valued throughout the process. My experience was everything I would want it to be when purchasing a vehicle. More

Service department is understaffed and not trustworthy. Will not recommend there service department. I have my truck there for repair and its still with them after a month and no ETA yet. My appointment wa Will not recommend there service department. I have my truck there for repair and its still with them after a month and no ETA yet. My appointment was on Jan 31 morning and I didnt get an update on diagnosis for 2 day until I called to follow-up. The Service advisor called and said 2 parts are in back order and may take 2 months and there is nothing they can do. I followed up with RAM customer support, kept escalating the issue and was able to get the parts delivered to dealership. Service advisor denied receiving the parts and had to get the RAM customer service involved. Now they confirmed the receipt of parts but no ETA on when it will be worked on and its 4 days since the receipt. Will update the post once I get the truck back but definitely not recommend this place. More
There's no one available to talk to me about my truck today. 3 Weeks now since it was driven in and last week they tore down engine and said I need a new engine. It is possible they could find out the pr today. 3 Weeks now since it was driven in and last week they tore down engine and said I need a new engine. It is possible they could find out the problem and repair it, but they don't want to work on it. If they see oil contamination in control valve, then they don't want to deal with it. I just need to pay for new engine and they appraise my truck so low its embarrassing, and they want me to pay thousands for disassembling and devaluing my property. They won't reassemble and now truck is sitting outdoors with half the parts exposed to rain. More
