Saw an online listing for a manual transmission Tacoma, which are hard to find. Was contacted by a sales associate, Will, and was told it was an automatic, but be sent me a link with an enthusiastic "this which are hard to find. I confirmed with two or three other sales associates who reached out to verify the appointment that I would be there to see the *manual* truck. I drive down dday of appointment 4 hours from north of Sacramento, to be assigned to a different sales associate, and within 5 seconds of opening the door to the truck, it was obvious this was an automatic. Anthony, the sales associate, realizes it's the wrong stock number. They check. That one is automatic too! Sales manager gets involved, tells me their Vin decoder that generates their online inventory pages made an error, marking it as manual. Then proceeded to make suggestions for other purchases I was not interested in, including a "great deal on an automatic and you can trade it in when we get a manual!" - why would I pay for something I don't want. He also offered shopping for a '24 model but they are changing the body style and they are more expensive. Spent about 2 hours at the dealership, plus another 4 hour drive home. They filled half a tank for me at $30. For a wasted 10 hour day. It would have taken someone 30 seconds to verify the vehicle had 2 pedals and not 3 as requested. Sales Manager joked that he should have been the one to verify. Supremely irritated. More

I ordered in August of 2021 and the custom car technician stayed in contac outstanding service with my new purchase of my 2022 Ford Lariat Maverick. I ordered in August of 2021 and the custom car technician stayed in contact with me for 9 months. Steven Fuentes did an incredible job of tracking the vehicle from start to finish. His assistance and insights were incredible in keeping me informed. Steven, Eddie, and Fahrney Ford are a class act and enjoyed all of my dealings with them. William was sharp enough to realize that he needed help to close this deal, so he called one of his superiors. Jim, the sales manager, was awesome in his 'no trouble at all' attitude when we asked for a couple extras to be thrown in. They both were polite and didn't push aggressively like the previous time we were in to JUST LOOK (and we had told them that)... that was a different sales staff completely. Long story short, these guys were excellent and the experience for my wife, and I was near painless... except for the check we had to write... of course. BTW: The service writers were great to deal with too. They saved me some money. Can't ask for more than that.... not to mention the great STARBUCKS coffee I swilled while there. Kudos guys. :) More
Wow!! What an absolute horrible experience. I was sold a vehicle that, according to the highway patrol and local law enforcement, is not suppose to be on the road. The dealership said the deal was done and vehicle that, according to the highway patrol and local law enforcement, is not suppose to be on the road. The dealership said the deal was done and the truck is mine. The refused to acknowledge that the truck should not have even been on the lot without fixing what was wrong. It is my opinion that this dealership should be avoided at all costs. Tell your friends and family to forget they and their other stores exist when shopping for a vehicle. More
