A couple of weeks ago, my Mom was looking for a newer car for herself so at first we stopped by at Fafama to take a quick look at one of the vehicles they had in their lot. During that first visit, we were for herself so at first we stopped by at Fafama to take a quick look at one of the vehicles they had in their lot. During that first visit, we were greeted by Natalia who gave us a warm smile and welcome, and made herself promptly available for any questions we'd have, with absolutely no pressure. Since it was only our first visit then, we ended up not spending a lot of time at Fafama, and off we went to look at some other cars at a few other dealerships. After visiting other places however, it turns out Fafama had the right car and the right price for Mom so we came back a couple of days later. This time, my family and I were greeted by Augusto who also gave us a genuine welcome, making us feel comfortable. One of my family members has slight mobility limitations, and Augusto was very proactive in accommodating us, making all of us feel at ease. Mom liked the car, but we had a couple of items to be checked. Augusto was able to promptly have all of our needs taken care of so the process to close the deal was easy and fast. Again, no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend Fafama for their warm approach combined with wonderful customer service, and for their selection of used vehicles in great condition at very good prices. More
