He showed me the car I was interested in and broke down everything for me, he explained the process from start to finish for me and never once did I feel pressured to buy. Alex was so helpful, friendly, and easy going. I had to e-mail Alex my paperwork and he always responded right away, and if he wasn't in the office he gave me the name of his co-worker in his absence. Overall Great Experience I was very impressed with the process of purchasing my new vehicle. When we walked through the door, we were greeted and taken care of right away. The I was very impressed with the process of purchasing my new vehicle. When we walked through the door, we were greeted and taken care of right away. There was no pressure to purchase a new vehicle and we were allowed to take the vehicle for a test drive without a staff member being with us. The only negative I could say was that when we picked up my new vehicle, no one went over the vehicle which has an overwhelming amount of technology and I was quite surprised that the vehicle did not have a full tank of gas. I have never purchased a vehicle new or used from a dealer and had to put gas in on the way home. But all and all this is a top notch dealer the staff are great and the deals are very fair. I would highly recommend Fafama to anyone. More
