I worked with Humberto to buy a 2025 Explorer. Process was easy, as I had already done my homework before going in. Dealership is busy, so just be prepared. Process was pressure less. Even took my trade in, which was pretty near worthless. The vehicle is clean and has treated me well so far. Would have given 5 stars, but there’s a few small mechanical things with the vehicle that, while do not detract from the excellent shape of the vehicle, seem like they could have been addressed before I got in it. Overall though, quality vehicle and thankful for their help! More
