Service after the sale needs improvement. Overall I would recommend this dealership, however buyer beware... don't sign the paperwork until what's promised you has already been completed. Otherwise you may end up waiting and getting frustrated trying to get the work completed. I'm a repeat buyer... the sales part went fine, but the we owe you part after the fact not so much. It took 3 times for the we owe you to be completed successfully. The 1st time was due to an issue with the contracted 3rd party that Caprara had scheduled to do the work. The 2nd time was several compounding issues with documentation on the vehicle, misquoted time to complete the work, failing to call me to set up an appointment when the part had already arrived, and reduced onsite techs due to attrition. There was a hesitance to complete the work, a lack of ownership or anyone advocating on behalf of the customer. The 3rd time requires its own paragraph, due to the outstanding efforts of Brian in the service dept. Brian delivered parts to another garage in order to get the work completed. He acted as an advocate on my behalf as the customer, and even came in on his day off to bring the issue to resolution and ensure the work was completed satisfactorily. Brian's attitude & efforts exemplified excellent customer service. He turned what was becoming a very negative situation around and saw it through to completion and to my satisfaction. Brian needs to know that his efforts caused a major change in my attitude towards this situation and dealership. More
