We purchased a car and were told the only issue was a leaking radiator hose and that it was an easy fix. We called the dealership to let them know and they were very rude saying car is as is and hung up on us. More

Stay far far away from these bottom feeders! They sold me a car for $7,900 that they hid the fact it had unrepairable transmission issues. I had the car for 3 days before it broke down. Im a single divorced woman that works very hard to make ends meet. I traded my used vehicle and payed $1,200.00 down payment to them....it was all the money I had in the world to my name. It took me a year to save. When I turned to them for help they blew me off and said it's your car now.. your problem! The vehicle had a very well known in car sales Community, mechanical defect from the manufacturer who built it..the recall had just expired 2 months prior to me purchasing it. The roof leaked as well. When it rained water would stream thru the roof lining and down out the roof console. I called the lender they went thru to get me finance and he called and asked them if they could work some arrangement out to take the car back and replace it with a better vehicle that ran and didn't flood when it rained. They offered to trade it back for a fraction of the price I had just payed them for the car and offered to finance another vehicle with 235,000 miles on it.. that had been wrecked had 6 recalls listed on car fax.. smelled terrible had cigarette burns all over the seats. The door was spray painted white with a can of household spray paint to match the rest of the car... I was appalled and absolutely beside myself with the condition of the car they offered to trade me. I objected and said this can't be? Why this car? Why can't you help me into a decent car like I thought I bought the first time? I was told that it was the best they were gonna offer me and if I protested about it anymore that he was gonna tell me too take my ford focus and shove it up my xxx and go elsewhere. They knew I needed a running car desperately to get to work.. I had already missed 2 days because of no transportation. They told me.. that I should be thankful that they offered me even the second worse vehicle... That they were doing me a favor! Bill and his sidekick that does the financing arrangements are liars, con artists , dishonest salesmen. This entire experience has left me broke, emotionally drained, and financially in ruins with the vehicle I had no choice but to trade for. I was desperate, scared and extremely stressed thru the process. I wish I had never stepped foot on that car lot..I made a horrible decision walking into that building to purchase a vehicle. I went home after it was said and done and cried my eyes out for 2 days. I was better off with my old original car. Now I have to make a 264.00 month payment on a piece of garbage till it breaks down next. Please stay far far away from that place.. do not shop for a vehicle there! More

My daughter purchased a Lexus from FM JONES.. 4 weeks later she had to replace the rack and pinion as well as the water pump. I called the owner, Dean, to ask if the car was inspected before they sold it later she had to replace the rack and pinion as well as the water pump. A buddy got a truck over there took and traded his car in he had a 700 plus credit and makes over 2300 dollars a month. His payment was 300 dollars a month for a 7000 dollar truck. But this manager used the 10 day clause after he had fixed something on the car. They called him on day 9 to have him show his pay stub and told him he didn't make enough to get a loan. I mean his credit was over 700 and made plenty of money. This was 9 days after he had the truck. What the manager did over there is called spot delivery look it up and be careful when dealing with this company. More
