Upon entering the sales lot we were quickly greeted by James. My husband and I already knew we were potentially in the market for a Fiat and saw a basic model we wanted to test drive and James was very qu James. He gave us the 500C convertible lounge which wasn't the one we were looking at but quickly fell in love during our test drive. We probably would have settled for the less exciting model had I actually test drove the one I was looking at, but thank god he showed me the better one! Seriously. I didn't know there was even a convertible option so I'm SO happy he showed it to us! The process in purchasing it was even better and everyone at Palmen Fiat goes above and beyond to ensure you know the terms of your purchase, the specs on the vehicle, ensured the vehicle was clean, gassed up, etc. I've already suggested Palmen to several friends and family. I'm excited to create a long relationship with James and Palmen and will be in contact for all our car care needs.
