On 4/2/24 I brought my 2018 Corvette Z06 in for Service where I was met by Jason Mejia Service advisor. I informed him that I was having issues with the car overheating also with my exhaust, it rattles whe where I was met by Jason Mejia Service advisor. Jason advised me that if I buy the 45,000 mile scheduled maintenance service all these issues will be inspected for me ,so that’s what I did. pretax total was $2025 dollars. only to be called days later and told to pay $270 to inspect The trunk and another $270 just to inspect the rattling at the back of the exhaust, I asked to speak to a manager by the name Gabe, who went back-and-forth with me about what is an inspection and what is a diagnostic Gabe then came back and told me right off hand that the rattling was a torque tube. Also, I needed a brand new trunk latch. I opted to get the trunk latch fixed and deal with the small rattle on a later date that’s another $700 added to the existing $2000 owed for scheduled maintenance. car should be ready on Wednesday, on Thursday.about 10:00am They called and said the car is ready. I stood in the dealership almost an hour still no car, Finally the car shows upfront Half washed and soaking wet. SMH as I’m leaving the dealership I noticed that the bottom half of my dash board was hanging off. I went back into the Place And told Jason about The issue, (note) the whole time I was there, Jason would not come out and deal with me. Although I kept asking for him, and the place was Practically empty there was me and another customer at the time that I was there. he was clearly avoiding me .They simply made me pay for my car and just gave me the keys, no explanation as to what was done or anything. Jason must’ve thought I was gone he wasn’t expecting me to come back in so fast, and that’s how I ran into him and told him the issue. he came out, looked at the car and told me his technicians didn’t Touch the dash board, which didn’t make sense to me. I didn’t bring my car in with the dash board hanging out, Also, this is exactly where the trunk button is located where the dash was hanging off smh, when I ask Jason how are you so quick to Say what the Technicians Have done to my car ? he replied that I’m being disrespectful for asking these questions. I never said anything disrespectful to Jason, nor was I cursing or saying anything threatening to him. I asked to see the manager several times and no one would get the manager to me. Jason asked for my keys and 10 minutes later he was back with my car and the dashboard intact. No explanation as to what happened. No apologies to me just said my technician fixed the issue. (remember) he just Swore to me his technicians never touched My Dash board smh … when confronted about this, he wouldn’t answer just said they fixed it. Other service people that were in the office were giggling and laughing, which I didn’t find anything funny About all of the thousands of dollars that I’m paying for the service that I’m receiving! As I’m driving home a light comes on in my car, saying rear axle service which again under this 45,000 miles scheduled maintenance. It says performed differential fluid exchange service for rear axle. WOW! Now it’s the end of the week Friday and I have to take my car back in for this issue. Also, I cannot leave out the fact that Now that they fix the trunk latch, my trunk doesn’t go down smooth and quiet as it used to now when I close the trunk it’s a hard bang then it locks SMH Hopefully the manager will come and talk to me today. I don’t recommend anyone to take their vehicle to FH daily Chevrolet. Customer service is outlandishly terrible. Just bad, bad, bad customer service. More

Doubly bad customer service I brought my Chevy Bolt to FH Dailey for service under warranty. I was offered a loaner car, which I accepted. On the "rental agreement" (no charge as I brought my Chevy Bolt to FH Dailey for service under warranty. I was offered a loaner car, which I accepted. On the "rental agreement" (no charge as it was under warranty), it clearly said NO SMOKING (charges apply). I don't smoke, no problem. When the service was completed I was out of town so my housemate returned the vehicle. He was told that there was pet fur in the car, which violated the rental agreement. No one told me pets weren't allowed in the loaner car, and I wouldn't have put my dog in the car if I had known, as I have another car. Unfortunately, my friend said he had no choice but to pay the $160 penalty. This is ridiculous -- first, we never would have had the pet in the car if anyone had told us; second, we would have vacuumed the car had we known it would have been an issue. I called to complain and was bounced to a couple different people. The final person, an assistant manager, said he felt confident that the rental staff would have told me there were no pets allowed. Well, they didn't. He didn't have any evidence that they had said anything, but said he discussed the issue with them. He then "monitored" their actions for a day or two to see if they routinely issued the warning to customers. He said he observed them telling every customer that pets weren't allowed. Well, that doesn't prove anything, other than the fact that: 1) he had just told them this information was required, and 2) the Boss was watching them while they signed out cars. It's not remarkable that the counter "girls" (as he referred to them) were careful to issue all the required warnings. Being my word against theirs, he refused to reverse the $160 charge. What makes this all the more frustrating is that it is the second bad customer service experience I have suffered at FH Dailey. When we bought our Bolt, the salesman goofed and ordered the car in the wrong color, despite our clear instructions. Because we wanted to close the sale before the end of 2016 in order to get the tax credit that year, we had just two choices: Accept the car in the color we didn't want or wait three to four months for a new car with the color we had ordered, and thus delay our tax credit by about 15 months. Totally unacceptable customer service on both occasions, and very little concern expressed by the dealership. I would never buy a car or get service from this business and feel they have engaged in deceptive practices. More
