This place ''gets it"! Customer service sells!! I've been looking to purchase a SRX for my wife for a few months and have kept an eye on Kerbecks web site for a few weeks. After checking around a few other places im glad that I saved this dealership for last. The reception and treatment was absolutely top notch. After being greeted by a salesman on arrival that was busy with another customer and standing in the rain he got me inside and directed me to Steve. After giving Steve an idea of what I was looking for he immediately got me in the rite direction, never attempted to get me out of my price range or attempted to sway me for something less either. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and knowledge of the product he had. He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain every minor detail about a vehicle and was an absolute true professional from start to finish. At no time did I feel uncomfortable with him or the staff. Just a very classy company that knows how to treat there customers and I believe they understand its that kind of treatment that will keep people coming back and referral's. We also enjoyed work the close out paperwork with Chris. We do not usually buy extended warrantees. However, Chris showed value in having the warrantee and we purchased a policy with the vehicle.
