From the second that Bill met us in the parking lot as I scoped out the Rams, to the day I picked up my truck, he was friendly and outgoing. He made this experience so much fun that it really didn't feel like a typical car buying experience. I am very pleased with my Bill, my truck and Extreme Dodge overall.
