Great Service and overall great experience We went looking for a Jeep Cherokee and ended up purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Terry Hardcastle was awesome in letting us test drive the vehicle f We went looking for a Jeep Cherokee and ended up purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Terry Hardcastle was awesome in letting us test drive the vehicle for a full weekend and even into the following week giving us time for my girlfriend to get used to switching from a car to an SUV which all but assured us purchasing the vehicle. Terry was very knowledgeable which helped us pick the Grand Cherokee over the Cherokee as it better meets the needs we laid out to her. Turn around time for our remote start install was very fast and Terry was great to deal with throughout the entire process and fun to work with. I look forward to dealing with Extreme and Terry again. As a bonus, leaving the dealership today Jeff was very courteous and brushed the snow from the windows greatly increasing my visibility! More

EXTREMEly Satisfied I was on my way to the Ford dealer that I have bought 5 new vehicles from in the last 20 years to look at the new Escapes since that was my last veh I was on my way to the Ford dealer that I have bought 5 new vehicles from in the last 20 years to look at the new Escapes since that was my last vehicle and was happy with that. But before I got there I saw Extreme and decided to check out the Jeep Cherokees since a coworker switched from an Escape to a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and I really liked the style of it. I was greeted by Terry who came off instantly as a trustworthy and knowledgeable person. I test drove the 2016 Jeep Cherokee and loved it instantly!! But being a long time customer of the Ford dealership I still wanted to at least check out the new Escapes which had a couple of features that the Jeep didn't have. So I went back to Terry and told her about my experience at Ford and she immediately found a Cherokee that had all the features I was looking for, and it came in less expensive than the Escape. I truly feel I got more for my money at Extreme. Ford was really good to me for 20 years, but if Extreme can provide the same quality service and quality product that I received by this experience I hope to be with them for the next 20 years. More
