Painless Purchase I had been looking for a particular car for over a year and they had one on CarGurus. We were out of the country when I found it and they let me put I had been looking for a particular car for over a year and they had one on CarGurus. We were out of the country when I found it and they let me put a deposit on a cc to hold it for me. They went out of their way (Dan Paddock) to make the purchase as easy as possible given that we were out of the country and didn't even live in Indiana. Every time I had a question or concern, Dan would get back to me within 5 minutes. They delivered the car and everything went according to plan. Dan told me the car was in perfect shape and it was. I know they had a vested interest in selling the car but I have dealt with many dealers who wanted to sell cars and none of them had the customer service that this dealership did. I cannot recommend it highly enough. More
