Warranty Service Work Service department was good. Had to bring truck back twice for the same problem. Both times I was offered a loaner car. Truck randomly wouldn't sta Service department was good. Had to bring truck back twice for the same problem. Both times I was offered a loaner car. Truck randomly wouldn't start so the problem wasn't apparent unless it didn't start. Service dept had to trouble shoot, so they finally fixed it the second time it was brought in. Overall this dealership was great to work with. We have bought two trucks from Expressway Dodge and will most likely come back for more. Phil VanCleave and Tim were awesome sales people to work with :) More
Waited 7 moths to have seat fixed. I waited patiently for two months before making my first phone call when they told me it would be a couple of weeks. I again waited and didn't keep calling and asking when it was going to be in. Then after a total of seven moths give or take I called and asked about it, they said they would get back to me. They sent me a email and asked if I was satisfied with my recent experience and I told hem that I was not. Magically in just a few short days they received my seat cover to fix the tear in my leather, funny how that works. More
REPAIRS RECALLS ON THE VARIOUS OCCASIONS WE HAVE HAD TO HAVE REPAIRS TO ANY OF OUR THREE VEHICLES, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS PROMPT, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS NE ON THE VARIOUS OCCASIONS WE HAVE HAD TO HAVE REPAIRS TO ANY OF OUR THREE VEHICLES, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS PROMPT, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS NEEDED AND WHY IT WAS NEEDED AS WELL AS A TIMEFRAME IN WHICH THE WORK WOULD BE DONE. LIKE EVERYONE ELSE, WE'D LIKE TO PAY A LITTLE LESS; BUT WOULD NOT CHANGE DEARLERSHIPS OR SERVICE DEPARTMENTS OVER PRICING. I have a low mileage 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee (65,000 miles). Expressway has taken good care of my vehicle since the day I purchased it new - From them. They ask ME when I want to bring it in, not when miles). Expressway has taken good care of my vehicle since the day I purchased it new - From them. They ask ME when I want to bring it in, not when it's convenient for them. My only complaint is since I don't put many miles on my car, I get automated calls from them reminding me it's time to service my vehicle (oil change/lube) according to the average length of time most consumers need to get their oil changed. Other than that, they are great to work with and I will continue to bring my Jeep there for service until it dies or I do. I have feeling I will go first. ;) More
