recall on wiring on Oct. 20, After they fixed the wiring, the airbag light came on and it never did this until they fixed the wiring recall. Then they charged me 86 bucks. Whether it is for parts for my vehicles, the occasional repair or the purchase of new Dodge Challenger, this dealership is one of the best. When I go into the parts department, they are honest and helpful. The few times there were service related appointments, the repairs were not only made, but are still working today. Or when we purchased a new Dodge Challenger, John Chappell, was patient, kind and helpful throughout the process. More

I have bought 18 new cars in my life with two in 2014. I bought a 2014 Chrysler 200 from Expressway and a 2014 Dodge RAM 1500 4X4 from a different dealer. The reason for me going out of state for the Ram w I bought a 2014 Chrysler 200 from Expressway and a 2014 Dodge RAM 1500 4X4 from a different dealer. The reason for me going out of state for the Ram was because I had to bring the 200 in for service 4 times in it's first 6 months. I took it to Expressway where I bought it and even after giving them all the chances they showed to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I will now go out of state (just over the bridge) for my service. The sales staff are not to bright. They thought I had to except their mistakes and bad service or else. It took me 6 minutes to replace them. I know for sure I have already cost them 3 customers, two were thinking about the Chrysler 200 like mine. I let them know with the V6 I have I get between 16 and 19 mile per gal. That is worse then with the Ram with a V8. More

I had forgotten about the trailer hitch recall they had sent information to me about last year but he let me know that he checked it out and put a sticker on the hitch to let me know that it passed inspection. Now that is service. I was a little disappointed that I had not received a discount on my oil change though and was told they are not the ones that send them out. Hmmmm I wonder why they quit sending them out. Overall I was very satisfied. More
