The 2016 GMC Acadia was traded in to our dealership on 4/6/24. On 4/15/24 a Used Car Inspection was completed. According to the repair order, the tires measured 5/32nds in the front & 10 and 7/32nds in the rear. Tires are considered unsafe when the tread reaches 2/32 in. The customer purchased the Acadia “As Is” 5/1/24 with 138,382 miles on it. A tire & wheel service contract was also agreed upon during the purchase. On 5/24, you reached out to your salesperson, who let you know to contact the phone number on the tire & wheel contract to start a claim for your tires. You also sent copies of ESTIMATES for service work. One on a Nissan 100NX, one on a Chevy Traverse & one on the 16 GMC Acadia. We did send a check to reimburse you for $350 on 6/7 as a good faith gesture, even without proof the work was completed on your vehicle. According to the representative for the tire & wheel service contract, on 5/28 the customer called inquiring about coverage. 8/9 called to ask about how to get a repair covered & on 8/19 called to cancel the contract. No claims were ever initiated, and no one visited our service center. We issued a refund check for the tire & wheel contract to your lien holder to be applied to loan principle on 8/29. It is unfortunate that you're having issues with the vehicle, however we feel that the $350 reimbursement check for work that may or may not have been completed elsewhere along with the tire & wheel service contract refund was sufficient. The vehicle was not brought to our service department, nor a claim filed for the tire issue, therefore we have reached an impasse. We would not knowingly sell a vehicle with issues to anyone. Um idc what that says I took it to a mechanic because it's a lemon n u guys triple charged me for the thing. They couldn't even patch my tire because by law you can not patch a tire that bad. The tires wire was showing in May right after I bought it. Don't believe me call Mr muffler in Carmi Illinois. I can't even trade the thing off because how much y'all over priced it. I owe 13000 n no one will trade it because I'll be -9000 n fyi my credit perfect

Why in the world would I bring it to your service department when you guys lied about the tires? Then you lied on the BBB saying I never called the tire warranty place when I did three times I'm going to try to get proof of that too. Then you said oh your mechanics probably just trying to get money out of you no cuz they will show you proof of it. They said there's no way it passed the inspection unless you just look at one freaking tire and oh it's they're all good because two of them the wires were showing and the other ones were bald. It's just sad you guys won't make it right and you guys take advantage of all kinds of people all the time. And I wish the people on my Facebook and the friends about vehicles for me I seen their reviews before I went there because you sold a couple cars that were lemons and you wouldn't do nothing about it one of my friends was handicapped in a wheelchair..
