Thank you for the time you spent reviewing your experience with our dealership. We would like to apologize for your experience after the sale. As any business, we do try to ensure the processes we have in place are followed by all of our personnel, but obviously sometimes despite the best intentions, we fail. Again we apologize for the number of phone calls you had to make and the transfers between departments. We would, however, like to also clarify a few of the items mentioned in your review. The items promised to you during the sales process (aka "we owe") were not given to the appropriate personnel by the sales consultant who handled your new vehicle purchase, so that was a breakdown on our part. The sales consultant is no longer employed at our dealership. Although you did bring your vehicle in twice for repairs, we provided you with a loaner vehicle to drive while we had your vehicle. Your vehicle was never driven to Expressway Chevrolet in Mount Vernon, IN for repairs. Your vehicle was repaired at our Evansville location and you were notified of this by our Service Advisor when you picked the vehicle up. Our sales manager, Jim Hale, has attempted to contact you by phone and has left messages, but his calls have not been returned.
