We also asked to lower the price and even after it was lowered and we wanted it less, they worked with us to bring it down as close to what we needed as possible. The handling of paperwork was easy, the space for our kids to play while we waited was great, the van also was missing a DVD remote and a flashlight in the back....they took care of it! Overall, I felt like we received excellent attention and care and amazing attention to the details that made purchasing a vehicle with kids an enjoyable experience!! More
