Horrible customer service My wife was driving our 2011 ram 1500 home from work when it broke down on her on the highway. She had it towed to Expressway, Dodge where we bought My wife was driving our 2011 ram 1500 home from work when it broke down on her on the highway. She had it towed to Expressway, Dodge where we bought it new. They refused to give her a loaner and left her stranded in their parking lot with no way to get home. She had to wait for over an hour for a friend to come and pick her up so she could get home. The truck is still under warranty I’m sure they’re friendly and helpful when you’re purchasing a new vehicle but good luck to you if you need any service More
