I see you found interest in one of our trucks online. Are there any questions I can answer for you?" Because of her initial contact and the manner in which she presented the material I felt empowered and not intimidated. Because I couldn't get there until Saturday she referred me to Andrew. My initial thought was, "great here we go..." On saturday morning I was to meet Andrew at 11. Andrew sent me an email confirming the appointment and let me know he was looking forward to meeting me. Nice personal touch. Once there because I had a name of someone I was to meet I felt comfortable in approaching the outdoor sales rep and saying, "Hi I am here to see Andrew" The rest of the visit was enjoyable, from seeing the truck to talking pricing and payment plans. They were all laid back and very interested in me as an individual. They even let me bring my black lab, Nate, in for most of the visit. The General Manager came over and introduced himself and we talked labs, dogs, kids, hobbies...The whole experience was more like going to a party, meeting folks and being handed the keys to a new car. Miles was the gentleman that was the nuts and bolts of my experience. He was awesome, from the trial drive to the transfer of belongings from my old truck to my new truck...Seamless, effortless, fun. Donnie Hatcher Chevrolet is now my go to for any car or truck need. Thanks guys, and gals! More
