My search took me from Dealership to Dealership and the constant in my search was Andrew Pate at Donnie Hatcher. He understood what I was looking for and didn't pressure me when he couldn't deliver on exactly what I needed when this search started. However, he stayed in contact and in the end, Andrew was the man who got it done. But that was just the start of this great experience. When the decision was made on my 2015 Silverado, my Father-in-Law and I made the drive up from Collierville to pick of the truck and there we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Roy Wear. This man knows all the ends and out of Chevrolet trucks. I suppose with 30years experience in the business, you learn a thing or two. He walked through all the features which were drastically different than my 2008 GMC Sierra. In all, I walked away with a great buying experience and a good start point of knowledge on my new Chevrolet. Thank you again to all the people who helped at Donnie Hatcher. Truly a good experience. Extremely Courteous! First off I want to say, I didn't even buy a Chevrolet! I saw the a car that I have been searching for pop up on AutoTrader, and it was at Donnie Hat First off I want to say, I didn't even buy a Chevrolet! I must say, they communications we had electronically and verbally over the phone were very easy going and informative. I was able to negotiate a great deal, and I was given excellent financing. Through the whole process the professionalism, respect, and courtesy was outstanding. I was able to fly from NY to Memphis TN, where they sent a courier to pick me up from the airport. This made life very easy. Getting my car was just a matter of getting to the Memphis airport, and Donnie Hatcher's guys took care of the rest. I was able to get in my car and go. The car was purchased sight unseen and was exactly as described. No hidden issues. The staff was excellent.
