Exceptional and fast service I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in and contact the dealership about it. When I came to the dealership, I was treated with respect. I did not feel rush or intimidated. I drove the car and decided I wanted it. Once I returned to the dealership after I got off work, everything was ready for me to sign. Mr. Rick went over everything in detail and made sure that I understood and was comfortable with all paperwork. I was on my way home in my new car in less than 30 minutes. He worked with me as a first time buyer to not only educate me throughout the process, but was opened to every area that allowed for making the truck fit my price range. The best part about the experience that was different than other dealerships that I worked with was the fact that we had a set price/month and he found the best, most realistic way that it could work without compromising the budget or talking me into another ride. The truck was exactly what was mentioned on Cars.com and even the better than I had anticipated once I made the trip. Since most of the work was on the phone, I was in and out of the dealership in under 90 minutes. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone. More

On April 23rd 2016 we bought a 2015 Ford Transit 250 cargo van. As unusually Roy went out of his way to work us a good deal. We were also in and out quickly with the money man. Donnie also went halfs with me on replacing tires! We always get good service and feel like we get a fair deal and get waited on right away. Danny and Bobby in the service dept. give great customer service. Also Ray is very attentive a nice guy. Everyone should give Donnie Hatcher a shot at selling you a car to get that good country experience that you will not get in the big city and call on Roy Wear when you go!
