Great Service Manager and support staff. Don’t travel from out of town to this dealership and avoid working with manager Gina Plomboy! Salesperson was responsive over text and answered questions but gave false information. They had good listing price on the car but then have a bunch of hidden fees, when it comes to purchasing including Safeshield, Stargard, and doc fees. Gina gave false assurance that she would remove the Stargard charge but at the time of purchase she refused to sell the vehicle without this charge. This was fraud by the seller who intentionally deceived the buyer. As an out of town customer I had no recourse, except to not buy the car I had traveled for. More
