You never know walking out of the dealer if you got a fair deal or not. But with Brie and Michael I never got that feeling through the whole process.You could tell that they were only interested in making sure I got everything that I wanted in my deal, price, choice of vehicle, etc.As a result of the overall experience I have already recommended them to a close friend of mine for his lease and will continue to refer them to all close friends and relatives! He was incredibly prompt with his responses and we set up a phone meeting early the next day. He informed me about the process and was very knowledgeable on all the cars I was interested in. By Sunday afternoon I had a deal on the exact car I wanted for a price well below the local lease average for that make/model/options. He also set up a personal delivery with the dealership salesman the next day. He made sure all the paperwork was properly filled out and the signing only took 15 minutes. I have already referred him and his company and don't think ill step into another dealership again. The company really has the client's best interest in mind. More
