I needed another vehicle. Today, since I'm replacing the windshield he responded that he was going to speak to service to see if I could get reimbursed! I made sure not to post any reviews until I heard from him! Service department This dealership probably has the worst service department I have ever dealt with after numerous attempts they finally got her van in to be fixed and This dealership probably has the worst service department I have ever dealt with after numerous attempts they finally got her van in to be fixed and it took forever to be done .service department is very unprofessional and always seems to have an attitude we have dropped her van off for service work to be done and they call us back the next day that there’s nothing wrong with it I’m sorry when you’re driving down the highway at 75 and the whole van shakes and you can obviously smell hot breaks there is something wrong I have a hard time believing that there’s actual mechanics in this facility on the other hand our sales man Mike was very professional and has been on our side with the issues that we’ve been having with our van it just seems like it’s never ending problems with our vehicle More
