Service department This dealership probably has the worst service department I have ever dealt with after numerous attempts they finally got her van in to be fixed and This dealership probably has the worst service department I have ever dealt with after numerous attempts they finally got her van in to be fixed and it took forever to be done .service department is very unprofessional and always seems to have an attitude we have dropped her van off for service work to be done and they call us back the next day that there’s nothing wrong with it I’m sorry when you’re driving down the highway at 75 and the whole van shakes and you can obviously smell hot breaks there is something wrong I have a hard time believing that there’s actual mechanics in this facility on the other hand our sales man Mike was very professional and has been on our side with the issues that we’ve been having with our van it just seems like it’s never ending problems with our vehicle More

They get down I paid my car not on Monday transmission went out Tuesday they had my car for a week I had no transportation they was going to give me a loaner and a I paid my car not on Monday transmission went out Tuesday they had my car for a week I had no transportation they was going to give me a loaner and a rental they never got in touch with me when I called them asking about they never had one in so I paid for rides to get to work and my kids to school and daycare and really didn't have the money to pay my note last week I owed ppl money for rides went to go to work this morning and they repode my car they are inconsiderate and they are definitely a ripe offi pay almost 400$ a month for a van when I can get into something way nicer and newer for half of that price don't waste your money on them or the car the no down payment sound nice but not worth it at all I'm pissed off More
