We had a very positive experience. We bought a fantastic pre-owned vehicle at a great price and received a fair value for our trade-in. This is the second time my husband and I have purchased a vehicle at this dealership. The experience is completely different than other dealerships, I currently own an Audi A4, but after dealing with the staff first in Dover and at the newer place in Stratham, I will never purchase an Audi again, which is too bad because they are so pretty. The overall experience with Exeter Subaru was quite positive. It started when I contacted them via email about a particular vehicle in their inventory. The sales folks were friendly and not pushy at all. Answered all my questions, provided a carfax report on request. I didn't walk away with that "slimy feeling" that I often feel after talking to car salespeople. The finance department was very helpful - they have a relationship with about a dozen different lending institutions and helped put together an affordable loan for us. More

We shopped around at many area dealers comparing vehicles we were interested in. There were many car sales men at other dealers that were "typical" to what you might expect a car salesman to be like and they we were interested in.
