I've been a Montesi customer for 20 years and 6 cars throughout the family. Very attentive staff in the service department as well as sales. I own a Jetta, and I took it for service at montesi because it was leaking coolant. At first, the estimate was $350, the second day the estimate went up to $750, by the third day, the estimate cost of because it was leaking coolant. At first, the estimate was $350, the second day the estimate went up to $750, by the third day, the estimate cost of repair was $1980. So I had to ask them to stop servicing my car, paid $750 and towed the car to a local garage, where it was fixed for $23. I am still looking for the address of the VW headquarter in the US to report all the fraudulant actions of this dealer. My advice to you is to NEVER go there no matter what. More
