I've been going here since 2010 with my 2002 Jetta. I love it, it's very personable and the people here actually care (almost feel like family). Mark Gentile helped me trade in my 2002 Jetta for an 09 Jetta which I kept for like 6 yrs. I ended up getting my new Passat elsewhere because Mark wasn't there, however I will always return for the services. After my service guy retired, Tyler took over and he's been an excellent help, very honest. Now that he's moved up, my go to person will probably be Skip. I would recommend that they implement more programs like a point system for discounts or something similar to what they had before with the oil changes (ex every 4th is free) More

Went to the service department because the AC stopped working. Technician looked at the car for five minutes and told me they could not figure out what the problem is and charged me $130 for diagnosis. And told me to come back when it is hot again! Took the car to another dealership (curran VW) it was an easy fix, just needed some parts replaced. And everything is covered under warranty! The dealership would not refund the money and basically said they can diagnosis the car however they want because it is independently owned! STAY AWAY! More

I had a gallon and a half of urea left over from My 2015 Golf TDI station wagon started warning about having to add Blue Tec Urea before 1,500 miles. I had a gallon and a half of urea left over from the last time I added it into the storage tank. Not sure of the shelf life of the material, I drove to Executive VW in Hamden, CT and talked with Skip Scanlon. He was very informative and arranged for a technical person to fill my urea tank and informed me that the tanks holds 3 gallons, for future reference.
