Mark Gentile helped me trade in my 2002 Jetta for an 09 Jetta which I kept for like 6 yrs. I ended up getting my new Passat elsewhere because Mark wasn't there, however I will always return for the services. After my service guy retired, Tyler took over and he's been an excellent help, very honest. Now that he's moved up, my go to person will probably be Skip. I would recommend that they implement more programs like a point system for discounts or something similar to what they had before with the oil changes (ex every 4th is free) More
