Dependable I would not continue to do business with VW Executive if service was not up to standards....to date it is. 160,000 Service Visit I was at the dealership for my 2015 VW Jetta's 160,000 mile service. I usually deal with Tyler in Service. My dealing with him I feel have been honest and upfront with the types of recommended services that my vehicle requires. Tyler is also very good at making the services affordable. He applies all of the discounts afforded by the dealership. Pricing for servicing my Jetta is so affordable, that it does not make sense to go to a national chain where their technicians are not familiar with my car or any published VW service bulletins. Plus Executive Volkswagen has the $69.95 oil change special. At that price, it only makes sense to go back to the dealer. Executive Volkswagen also has Saturday hours that work great for me, since I literally live a mile and a half from them. You can trust Tyler, Skip, and the rest of the crew in service.
