Billy was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions, and carefully took the time to ensure that we were comfortable with everything before moving forward. He even took the time to intricately explain everything about our Tiguan and made us even more excited to continue with another Volkswagen (we previously leased a 2016 Jetta). Garrett carefully explained the minutiae related to the lease contract, and assuaged any anxiety that we might have had going into the dealership. Holly continuously checked in on us to ensure that everything was going smoothly. The entire team really created a genuine, caring, and personalized experience that made our transition from one lease to another truly effortless.
